AC didnt work well during our stay, it was impossible to sleep without it

The staff were helpful, polite, and engaging. Location was great. Room was fine, bed comfortable, nice bathroom.

check in 10-11 am but the rooms were not ready. I’ve waited until 12.30 pm a pity people are so noisy ( customers)

Very clean. A few items that are dated - locks and towel racks, but otherwise what you should expect.

Beating atmosphere and staff had proficient English.

cheap price. cheap place. cheap services. you got what you paid at the end. agressive staff. mostly the one at night. wifi is very random. dirty. I changed myself my sheets…. and the best is you cannot control your AC. the reception is doing for you. this one was ridiculous.

location, Cleanliness and friendly of the staff.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom. The A/C unit kept the room warm. The WiFi was good, the cable TV showed a variety of movies, some programmes where in English. Yea. Great location. The front desk staff were helpful.

No ventilation to the room. Small window which opened onto the corridor of the hotel, so I kept this shut for safety. No decent curtains at the window to darken the room at night, so even with the room lights off, the room was extremely bright from the lights in the corridor. I had to put my blanket at the window to block out the light and darken the room so I could sleep. Noisy, noisy guest, crying children, maids and the lift which had a manual door. No facility for a hot drink, just a machine, no where to warm food. A microwave was advertised on Booking. Com which the manager stated was misleading.
