El lugar muy bien ubicado, la atención de Daniel y Nancy excelente. El desayuno muy rico y el internet funciona perfecto.
Las instalaciones están un poco desgastadas y el precio es un poco alto.

La privacidad de las cabañas, la amabilidad del personal, los detalles del servicio, la cercanía con el centro de Psico Elqui y la posibilidad de hacer varias cosas en el mismo Refugio.

Excelente servicio por parte del personal, que se preocupa de vigilar cada detalle para hacer una estadía grata.
El entorno esta muy bien cuidado, con pequeños rincones memorables y servicios muy buenos, como las tinajas.
el desayuno excelente, con detallitos llenos de cariño (nos sumaron huevitos de pascua en pascua de resurrección en nuestra bandeja de desayuno :) )
La limpieza excepcional, la ubicación muy buena, no muy lejos del centro, pero lo suficientemente distante para preservar la tranquilidad del entorno.
La piscina exquisita y el administrador siempre atento y sonriente. Excelente lugar para familias, parejas o amigos.
Solo mejorar la iluminación de los caminos entre las cabañas, que es muy tenue.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, in spite of our inability to speak much Spanish. They were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the terrace was pleasant, and the large windows were very nice. It was lovely to have breakfast delivered to the cabaña every morning.
It was not as nice as I expected based on the photos. For example, the bathroom shown in the pictures looks very nice and modern, even a little luxurious, but ours was quite old and run-down. The duvet cover had some staining. Everything functioned, but it was just not what I anticipated based on photos and other reviews. I don’t know if all of the units are like this. We were in four person cabaña, as it was the only one available for our whole stay. If the pictures had set the correct expectations, I think I would have been quite happy with the place.

Great breakfast, quite place, nice pool, really nice overall. Beautiful place and the room were spacious, air conditioner and ventilator worked. Great place.
Parking was sometimes difficult but was resolved and was secure and good (included in price). Sometimes several of the children made the pool noisy.

The cabin was spacious with a very comfortable bed and huge bathroom with a double shower. Very private and peaceful. The pool area is beautiful and the view is amazing. Very good breakfast delivered to the room! If you're looking for a high quality accommodation in a peaceful setting you won't be disappointed.
A bit of a walk from the town centre but that does add to the serenity! Had to pay the IVA (tax) despite being foreigners - apparently because we didn't book directly and the payment was taken prior to arrival. This made the overall cost higher than expected.

The pool was amazing as were the grounds, gardens and views.
The room was too small for four adults. The bedding had yellow stains. The main disappointment was that no facilities, except the pool, were open (the observatory, restaurant and bar were all closed) despite being advertised as open.

Beautiful casita, perfect for a family of four. two bed rooms with kitchenette fully stocked. Enjoyed the breakfast brought to our door every morning. Fresh Pan amasado (homemade bread), local fruit, fresh squeezed juice, cheese, acabado!

Loved this place, the most friendly greeting possible - thank you! `unfortunately I don't remember the gentleman's name. FANTASTIC communication prior to stay. Hotel booked a pick up form the airport for us. I had thought we would pay this with the hotel bill and we had no cash. We needed to pay the driver and the same gentleman paid it himself with his money and was happy for us to pay him bak. Beautiful location and setting. Pool and hot tubs (hot tubs needed to be booked and paid for) pool was beautiful with scenic backdrop and quiet, set amidst trees and fauna where I loved watching the humming birds. We were upgraded and had the most gorgeous room, so gorgeous that we stayed an extra day rather than going to La Serenna. We needed to change rooms to the standard room for this extra night which definitely was not a patch on out upgraded room, a HUGE difference. INCREDIBLE breakfast delivered to the room which you could eat on your terrace. Thoroughly recommend this oasis of beauty and tranquility.
Nothing this hotel was just beautiful and finished our trip to Chile in a little bit of luxury and the most friendly greeting possible!
