Quite and closed location, beautiful view of the sea. Big pool, nice furniture, very well equipped kitchen.

Nobody cleaned the pool during our stay. As it was a beginning of Autumn, a lot of blossoms and leaves were in the pool and around the villa every day. So we had to cleaning the pool ourselves. The host didn't visit us and just monitored us by the drone.

Everything was great, all we needed during our stay was available in the house, kitchen equipment, linen, electrical appliances. Great choice value for money.

Fantastic quiet location. Pool and outside area idyllic. Loads of space. Pool table and table tennis table great. Well thought out property especially for children and disabled/wheelchair users.

Needed to have instructions on how to use appliances eg. Cooker. Had to find out ourselves by trial and error. We were there for 2 weeks but had not been left any clean sheets to change the bed. Also needed more variety of glasses and small dishes for cereal etc. A tray would be useful for carrying food outside. The above did not mar our visit and would not stop us returning to the property, they would be a nice to have.

Beautiful location and sea view from the property. En suit bathrooms in every room. We were allowed a 2 hours later check out.

Overall the inside of the house was not very clean. The furniture was very old and smelly. The sofas are there but can be barely used to sit on them. The sofa "pillows " are sinking into the metal structure of the sofa, it is very uncomfortable almost unbearable to sit on them. The throws are old and smelly. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, very hard and produce very loud and disturbing noise each time you turn or move in general. The pillows remind of a folded bed sheet more than of an actual pillow, very thin and hard (had a serious pain in the neck). The lighting throughout the house is very dim (like the most economic light bulbs are used everywhere). The kitchen is insufficiently stuffed with kitchenware (e.g. there was not a single cutting board). The overall cleanliness was poor, there was a pile of hair in one of the children's bathrooms. The swimming pool was quite foggy upon our arrival, which was corrected when we managed to reach the owner to clean it (while we were told that it was already crystal clear, and still it became much cleaner afterwards). Generally the pool, apart from its size, was not the best experience.

Pool and location

Well im confused as to why this is rated a 4 star with superb reviews. It is not a 4 star by any means. It needs more TLC as this could be an amazing place. The location is great and pool was clean and very nice. However, the sofas are broken. Bedroom furniture was very old and scratched to death, pool table was rusty and tatty, no bats or ball for table tennis, dirty marks all over the walls and the decor is very dated. Also was only surface cleaned I think as there was dust in many places. This is just a money making scheme and no money has been thrown into it for a very long time by the looks of things. Could also do with pest control as ants were everywhere inside and out. Couldnt put food anywhere. I live in cyprus so know they are a pain but there are ways to sort this out. All in all we made the best of it but looking at prices later on in the year. There is no way I would pay 1000 euros for 4 nights in this villa. We had a better deal being only april. But in August at those rates I would expect it to be a lot better!
