Magnifique hôtel. Emplacement idéal. Personnel adorable et flexible. Et même les soins spa sont tops !

All was good and the staff was very helpful smiling, and this is really a Hotel you want to come back to. The only thing that could be better is the opening time in the SPA that should have started earlier and have been open longer.
There was nothing I did not like. All is good! The only thing is maybe the size of the Hotel room is not very big, but they was working fine.

Mooie styling, super correct personeel, aantrekkelijk binnen terras, prima kamer, goede bistro/kleine kaart, fijn ontbijt (verse jus natuurlijk), snelle valet parking. Helaas waren we op doorreis, waren graag langer gebleven

L’accès à l’espace sensoriel offert avec la réservation.
personnel très agréable et aux petits soins.
La literie petite pour un couple et peu confortable, un comble pour un hôtel 5*.
Le petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher pour l’offre du buffet. Un prix divisé par deux serait la moindre des choses.
Le prix des boissons au bar également prohibitif (7€ le coca, 18€ le gin tonic).
Au final, un rapport qualité-prix d’ensemble décevant.

L'accueil est de grande qualité et dès l'entrée dans l'établissement nous nous sentons détendus.
Grande disponibilité, notamment les voituriers.
Le personnel pour le petit déjeuner est en nombre et est très accueillant.
La traversée au milieu des clients du Salon Bar pour se rendre à l'ascenseur serait à revoir, pour plus de discrétion et de confort pour les consommateurs .

The hotel is within a short walking distance of many of the key places of interest. There are also a number of restaurants in the vicinity. We were visiting Rennes for a weekend. The hotel was approximately a 15mins walk from the main railway station and easy to locate. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel decor is modern and tasteful and very cosy. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities necessary for a good stay. Although we didn’t use the Spa, as we had limited time, we did have a look at it and were impressed. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Not to far from the train. 15 min walk. The sensory spa is fabulous after a long day followed by a fabulous dinner at the restaurant. Leo the waiter was wonderful! The room is comfortable and very quiet.
At checkout the reception charged me twice what it should have been. It took about 15 min to correct and I had to get to the Gare…it seemed to take too long.
