Loved the location, just out of the way of the busy main road so as to be totally peaceful. But still in the heart of the village and happily near to the train station too. I felt we had the best room in the house (room 4) because of the wonderful view!! It meant if we had to come indoors for a little while because of the rain, I could sit in the window and still really appreciate the beauty of where we were. Our room was very clean and had nice decor. Our bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was lovely , with enough on offer to satisfy whatever your appetite. Great selection of dvd films to choose from, including children's/family The walk to Lake Elsi on the doorstep is a bonus. And it's only a quick walk down the hill to be in the village. Host was friendly and there was a phone number for them to be on hand if needed for anything. We didn't need to use it during our stay at all.

Nothing to comment about 🙂but just one thing that MAY BE a possible concern. Parking . States free parking at front and rear but there was no rear? Only on the road in front of the guest house between the double yellow lines. So it was a case of if there was a space when you arrived as anyone can park there who isn't staying in Coed y From or Church Hill guest houses. We arrived by car and parked outside for the day. Then my son who drove us there went home later. I was thinking if you'd come in a car and was traveling in and out of Betws y Coed to explore places ect, you would maybe be concerned each time if there was a space when you got back? I don't really know as we didn't need car as we just stayed the weekend here and was traveling home by train.

Very nice breakfast, let me and my girlfriend use the garage for are motorcycle. 10/10. Hospitality great. and it’s lovely , in a great location as well. Definitely will return. and definitely recommend! Sam & Lin

Very clean and comfortable with lovely little touches for example the tea tray with pots of tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate are a lovely touch.

Easy to find, central in Betws but tucked behind the Church so quiet. Room was good - warm as it was November, just what was needed after a day's wet hiking. Breakfast was of a good size and quality (vegetarian diet easily catered for). The packed lunch option was also very nice.

No issues to speak of - the drying room wasn't open but that didn't inconvenience much.

Beautiful guest house, spotlessly clean and good facilities. Perfect spot with great views. Only took a few minutes to walk to the centre of Betws-y-coed.

The hotel is just off the main street and easy to find with plenty of room to park directly outside. The host Hazel met us at Reception was very nice, answering a couple of questions we had. The room was not huge bust a good enough size and everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and got a good nights sleep. The view from the window was impressive. The village restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay in Betws-y-Coed, wanting quick and easy access to Snowdonia.

Everything was fine for our short stay. The only small comment would be that the shower water could have been hotter (although it was electronica and so we may not have been using it correctly).
