Location & view from the room was stunning.

This was our second stay at the resort and again, it did not disappoint. The location of the Ocean view queen rooms is nothing short of perfect and the view is spectacular. The room itself is basic but has everything you need. I’ve stayed in many hotels and I must stay the cleanliness of the room, in particular, the bathroom was excellent.

We only missed the lack of warmer doona on the bed. We appreciate it may not be needed most of the time but a few cool nights had us snuggling up (I am not complaining about that) as the blanket in the cupboard wasnt the warmest.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly welcome. Great value for money. Wifi was very slow, but not a deciding factor. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 1.55 pm to check in to find a note on the door saying back in half an hour , staff did not show until 3pm at which point I told him we had been waiting over an hour , he basically told me I was a liar & was incredibly rude and blunt with us . Very poor customer service and treatment of a customer . He also had a go at us for booking through bookings . Com & complained about the fees he gets charged when clients book through them . He was incredible rude to us .

My room had a great view. It is close to a restaurant and Cafe. The wildlife was spectacular.
