We can see Matterhorn from our apartment unit ! The view was amazing ! Our apartment unit was so clean and comfortable ! Kitchen has everything we need for cooking ! We really enjoyed our stay ! Will come back !

Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. They offer nice daily menu for dinner so I eventually had dinner at the hotel every day.

Unfortunately, my room was on mountain side and it was a little dark and cold for me.

location was excellent, in the middle of Zermatt the appartement we rented was a excellent

beds was a bit hard to my taste, however this is just a personal preference

I loved everything about the property

Location fantastic. the views of the Matterhorn from our apartment were stunning. Ski shop and bus with a few minutes’ walk so you’ll be at any of the lifts/trains within 5-10 minutes. Staff very friendly and the apartment was modern and in great condition.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was extremely spacious and well equipped. The heating was perfect. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious, and the living/dining area is very large. The hotel makes it easy to get to and from, with a complimentary pick up and drop off to the train station.

The apartment building is not connected directly to the hotel and you have to dress up and go out in the cold to go for breakfast or to reception .

It was all up to date and contemporary with a touch of Swiss. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.

We didn‘t like the bed. The mattress was hard and the pillows were too soft. Unfortunately the extra pillows we got didn‘t help to make it more comfortable.

Great location, well furnished apartment

Humming noise at night when the heating comes on (was on the ground floor). Some of the dimmable lights were flickering.

The hosts were very friendly. Hospitality was great. Breakfast was great as well. The appartment we rented was spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and great shower. Location is good, 15 min walk from train, but there is a shuttle service as well. All in all great experience.

Transfers to station were much appreciated. The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. Staff were efficient, polite and very helpful. Altogether, a wonderful place to stay.
