The location.
The farm is lovely.
Very close to The New Forest.
A comfy sofa would have been nice but there is literally nowhere to put one!

the heating system. The property was nice. The heating was inadequate. I sat there every night with my jacket on with the hood up and cold feet. I'd hate to be there during a cold spell. That's the reason I left on Wednesday morning instead of Friday morning. I imagine it would be a nice place to stay in the summer but I wouldn't advise staying in the winter.

location was beautiful, swathes of snowdrops. Easy access to New Forest and many other attractions. Lovely quiet location ideal for dog with lots of fields to walk in. Friendly hosts and picturesque location. Waking up to lovely view over the pond was peaceful. Would definitely go again. The Granary was quaint and had everything we needed.
Although the two chairs were comfortable a small settee would have been nice although it was a small area so appreciate not much space , but it would have been more useful than the table and chairs. Shower could have been more powerful. This however did not detract from our stay.

Close to the new forest and very peaceful, ideal for walking, I would definitely recommend it for short stays and excellent value for the money. Parking was right next to the accommodation
No oven to cook with but it did have a microwave and a hob and enough space to prepare food,

Perfect location - lots of places to explore. Very clean property. All in all, relaxing and peaceful.
Owners were very helpful and were quick to respond when the wifi was down (due to a storm). They also set the room up with banners and balloons for an extra charge for my husbands birthday and it was perfect. We will definitely be returning
The storm, for messing up the wifi! But it didn't ruin our stay. We had a lovely time.

Location very good. Self catering equipment well thought out. Peaceful, was left to myself but the hosts were not far away if I had any questions.

I was a bit cold on the first evening but otherwise everything else was good.

Lovely farm brilliant for the dog. Clean and tidy everything you need.

The property was in an idyllic location on a farm near a field of sheep and lambs and a large pond with plenty of ducks, birds to see. The hosts were welcoming and friendly.
The shower was not very good, water intermittently cold then very hot.
