We use this hotel repeatedly on arrival/departure because of its convenient location near the airport.

Entre l aéroport et le centre près d arrêts de bus. Personnel très agréable et prévenant. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet. Chambre très bien insonorisee au confort spartiate.
La salle de bain n à pas de porte serviettes, rideau de douche basique.

As características anunciavam-se como tendo estacionamento, mas o estacionamento existente é na rua... Sendo que não foi muito fácil encontrar estacionamento para o carro.

Emplacement pour un DÉPART vers l’aéroport d’HERAKLION : c’est TOUT DROIT ! Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse extérieure et surtout la gentillesse et amabilité de la réception ! Vraiment empathie très agréable.

This location is really close to the airport in a more industrial area but there are shops, cafes, and the bus stop is a block away. The staff was so nice, especially Stelios at check in/out. He made sure I had breakfast, which there was a wide selection of hot and cold foods to choose from, and then he arranged a taxi after I determined that the bus would not arrive on time for me to get to the airport. The price is fantastic, great air conditioning, tv, and other amenities.
You can hear planes, so I just used a white noise app, which blocked the sound. The walls in the room are bare, so it seems a little "cold" but everything works well and is comfortable. The fridge is really big.

Ligne de bus à proximité pour rejoindre le centre-ville.
L'hôtel est à proximité de l'aéroport donc on entend beaucoup les avions. Maintenant, on ne peut pas tout avoir.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen! Man erreicht ihn sogar zu Fuss! Für eine Nacht hat es alles, was nötig ist, um mehrere Tage zu bleiben, wäre es zu einfach und ohne Komfort.
Der Taxifahrer, welcher vom Hotel organisiert worden ist, hat 15€ verlangt, ich wusste jedoch von der Receptionistin, dass die Fahrt zum Flughafen nur 10€ kostet. (Zum Hotel verlangen sie 15€.vom Flughafen aus ). Ich habe insistiert und nur 10.-€ bezahlt, worauf der Fahrer wütend verschwand!

Das Bad war Highlight 🤦🏻♀️Katastrophe eigentlich es ist kein Hotel mit 3 Sterne sondern wie ein Motel oder Hostel. Und wenn man das finster aufmacht jede 10 Minuten sieht und hört man große Flugzeug zu fliegen😁.

Le personnel était disponible et très aidant. Souriant. Le petit déjeuner est un point positif : pour tous les goûts, sucré et salé.
La taille de la douche est un point négatif. Vraiment très petite.

Location was good.
Expectations didn’t match reality. The breakfast was poor, coffee was not drinkable and they also don’t have mugs in dinery, we had like pabercups which are riddiculous. And you have to be prepared to manage with only one roomkey. With similar price you can find way better stays.

The standout for me was the service from the people on the front desk. Go above and beyond to help. Extremely friendly and welcoming.

Arriving in Heraklion in the evening, we stayed one night. Convenient for the airport. Breakfast is a cold breakfast, basic but adequate.

You could hear the girls in the next room showering (their water running) and their conversations with one another.
Very very thin walls which made sleeping uncomfortable.

It was very clean and close to the airport so we were able to get some sleep quickly after a late flight into Heraklion.
You could hear other guests in the corridor, there was an echo - so would recommend earbuds

The front desk staff were extremely helpful! They helped me figure out transportation around Crete and the woman at the front desk also helped me call a taxi. The front desk also watched my luggage for quite a few hours after I had checked out and made sure everything stayed safe!
