The pictures make it look ideal but once there it was not. Many items broken such as outdoor chairs, lamp switches, coffee table. In addition after one day there I noticed my kids feet were black. I took a shower and stepped on carpet and my feet turned black as well. The carpets clearly need ripped out. However, the service was great and they were very responsive to any phone call. Family had a great time. House just needs some TLC.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed several times on island and multiple times island club cabins. Location was great as always. At 1st glance everything was nice. However it was far from value we paid. 1st thing toilet paper holder was laying on floor.Our 1 year old grandson, was crawling around on the floor playing with his toys for less than 5 mins and was black from all the dirt. We mopped the whole kitchen and living room. Went to make food on gas grill and burners would not heat up. Couldn't get past 100 deg. Brought all the food in the house cooked hamburgers and hot dogs on the stove, Grease mess to cook on the stove. Went to clean up and no dish cloths, sponges, soap, towels. Nothing!! It was horrible. Made a trip to store. 3 am ,the grandson was awake go out to the kitchen and bugs everywhere. coming in the entry door. You could see gaps where they were coming in. The lights were drawling them in, I assume. Over all very disappointed and un sure if we are willing to try it again. I would give overall grade a C-

Property is perfect for young people who are interested in partying. For those who are over 65 it isn’t as appealing.

The property was easy to check into and in a good location. However, the places wasn't the cleanest. The floors left our feet black and there were ants and spiderwebs in a couple places. The blankets also didn't smell the gratesest. Also having to bring our own towels and stuff kinda sucks. You would think for the price I paid a lot more would be included.

I'm very happy we stayed at this rental. For the most part, it was clean. There were a couple small issues, but their customer service is amazing. I called them and 15 minutes later, the cleaning crew showed up to take care of the minor issues. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Put In Bay

We came in right after it was cleaned. Floor was still wet. Figured it was good. Our feet were black in seconds. I think they just ran a wet mop over and didn’t actually clean it. So we just wore shoes as much as possible and used wipes on kids feet before bed. Just something to keep in mind if you book it. Overall the place was just fine for what we needed. Thanks!

Since we both live in the Cleveland area, we knew PIB would be a great local getaway that could provide us with some after-work fun! The condo we rented was super cute and the wifi worked perfectly! They had a great layout for us to set up our computers, work throughout the day (with the occasional margarita lunch ;)), and then go enjoy the nightlife! The cottage itself was peaceful and idyllic for those looking for a change of pace without spending an exorbitant amount of money. Great value, would highly recommend! If working from the condo, I highly recommend setting up shop on the back picnic table!

When we went to bedrooms upon checking in there was a hole in one of the rooms. Dirt on carpet in master bedroom.

For the $$$ charged for a five day stay, our cabin could use some TLC, better window treatments, general updating overall. Not sure who is responsible for housekeeping, prior occupants or rental agency, but floor had not been mopped and glass kitchen table must have been cleaned with dirty rag, as it was streaked with grime. Not sure if bed covers had been washed, so did not use them. After two days of smelling something foul, we discovered a throw pillow from the couch in the washing machine full of vomit. Left by last occupants?? Was meant to be washed by rental agency housekeeping and forgot to turn washer on??? It was Gross!! We left the cabin far cleaner then we found it. It was the right thing to do.
