In front of beach. Comfortable. Residential area with parking. A lot of amenities nearby. Between Split and Trogir without the craziness of cities. If you don't have a car, there is a bus (No37) that goes to either city & airport. Very nice flat!(2nd floor - so is balcony view)

There was no aircon in the bedrooms (there are fans), but to be fair, I was not hot (personally). We had the corridor and sitting room ACs switched on and it was cool enough.

The person we picked up the keys from was extremely helpful and nice. We could always call him if we had any questions. The location is great, about 1 minute walk from the sea.

Karlo the property manager was very helpful and spoke good English. Helped with our cases and pointed us in the direction of a cafe while he finished getting the property ready, as it was a last minute booking. The apartment had wonderful views. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Large terraces and seating on the two main ones but no seating on the bedroom balconies. Nice smart TV.

50+ steps to the apartment and no bedroom Aircon, it was in the hallways but that meant no privacy in the double bedrooms if you wanted to stay cool.

The host gave clear instructions and has stuck to them.

I have no meaningful complaints.

A fantastic place to stay. Located just by the beach with a sea view from 3 (of 6!) terraces/balconies. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a huuuge living room were more than enough for 2 families (4 adults and 3 children). We cooked a lot (all required stuff was there), spent many hours chatting on the terrace and played with kids on the beach (maybe not sandy beach, but the best beach I have been to in Croatia - and it was my 4th time there). There are shops around and some places to eat. And the host was very friendly, he came to help us from Split with some minor issue we had.

Some beds were squeaky.
