Comfortable house at great location.

The house was super clean and very comfortable. Air conditioning works well in the bedrooms, and I enjoyed having a spa bath. The house feels like a traditional Ithacan dwelling. Location is great — short walk to the lovely town of Kioni. Beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor seated areas.

The location was a kilometre or so from the town, and not having a car we had to walk down there and back, which was uphill all the way. But the compensations were enormous, up on the hill, we had superb views across the water looking west across to the headland and to the mountains beyond.
The apartment itself was superb - a full villa with a lounge-room, kitchen and two balconies. Plus another bedroom with ensuite downstairs.
The lighting was a bit deficient, in both the bedroom and the lounge.
Also, the bathroom spa could do with some attention; the one day we thought we'd try it the water ran brown from rust in the pipes, and gave off a bit of an odour. Clearly it hadn't been used in a while.

very roomy comfortable villa, gorgeous views, nice walk down to Kioni port and local beaches, and 2 minutes from a lovely local ‘pie’ shop. The hosts, Christos and Panayiota, were wonderful. would highly recommend!

one bedroom is on the first floor and the second one is upstairs, this gives you a lot of privacy. + every bedroom has it’s own bathroom

property with stunning views. host was very helpful and villa was very well equipped, like staying in a family home rather than a holiday rental. cleaned regularly and towels changed. appreciated supplied left for us on arrival.
nothing. it is a steep (but manageable if take the stairs not the road) walk back from Kioni harbour but that should be obvious to anyone booking this property.

As much as we would like this place to remain a secret, it’s the most beautiful place we stayed in Ithaca. A home from home, but even better, it was stylish, huge, perfectly positioned and we felt thoroughly spoiled just walking through the door every day. A rare find and a true gem

Beautiful villa with all you need for the stay. Clean and tidy, all amenities, kitchenware, consumables etc. Location and view is excellent. Despite the villa is located by the main road, one-two passing by cars per hour do not make any discomfort. Kioni village with marina and tavernas is in couple of kilometers, another one - Friskes - in 5. If you want something different you can drive uphill to Stavros in 7km. Excellent calm surroundings with breathtaking views.
Nice hosts welcomed us upon arrival. We had a welcome pack with some fruits, wine and water.
Seats on chairs on the balcony go off the side railings. Couldn't properly fix them.
