Great location and great views

Met us at the house and went over a few things like how to turn the oven on etc. House was so spacious and the view from the terrace was great.

The location was good and the views were great but it was such a steep hill it was up that we had to drive everywhere. Also on some nights the local dogs were very loud!

Spacious and comfortable, the highlights are the terrace and the view. It's very calm overall except when the occasional car passes in the very steep road. Convenient hosts with checkin, checkout, and car rental service. It's right in the middle of the starting and finishing point of the popular Ponta do sol levada walk

Kitchen could be a little bit better equipped. A little bit more driving than expected off the main road.

This place is optimal to work and relax for some time. Nice facilities, clean and spacious rooms, fast WiFi and friendly hosts. Best of all is the amazing terrace with BBQ with stunning view. We would recommend hiring a car though, or scooter down in Ponta do Sol which is even more practical on these steep and narrow roads. We will come back for sure!

Very nice house, friendly and helpful host. The house is nicer than at the photos, there is everything what you need to feel like in your own house. The big advantage is the heating in the living room (!) especially in winter months. Amazing was big terrace with spectacular ocean view and high rated levada just a few metres from the house. Thank you and definitelly recomended!

Luis helped us on the first day as car company failed to hold the car we originally wanted and we were stuck at the airport, thank you Luis

The house was actually better than one could expect looking the photos. Very spacious, clean, comfortable. Three toilets, with a bath and a shower. With a very nice view to the ocean and mountains from the windows and terrace. We enjoyed our stay a lot and recommend it to everybody. The kitchen was very well equipped. And ask for a car from the owner, they might be able to rent you one. Thank you very much for helping us to have a wonderful vacation!

We loved this spacious house. It is well furnished and has a high quality feel. We had all our meals on the terrace, appreciating the wonderful view. It was extremely quiet and there are lovely hikes along Levada Nova and Levada do Moinho from very near the house. The house was very well equipped with everything that we needed and spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money. Would love to come back.
