They checked us in earlier than the check-in time. There was always a place to park on the street 🚙

Upon arrival at the correct address, it turned out that we had not checked in - after 20 minutes of nerves, we did it and they took another €100 deposit (which was refunded after the end of the stay. After settling in, we found out that there was no hot water - it turned out accident - which was removed by a few hours. Our reservation was for three people - there was a bedroom and we had to roll out a sofa. There was no towel for the third person.

Wifi was good. A blind broke and the repair man came the next day.

I was expecting an apartment with hotel facilities. It was not like that at all. I was told that detergents and toilet paper was for my account. Internet confirmed supply of toilet paper, we had to buy. We had to wash our own dishes but we waited for had no plug, nor did we have a bath plug. We waiting 3 days for plugs. We upgraded to a Superior Suite, not sure what the upgrade was. The patio looked at ground with weeds in. Also advertised it a socket by the bed but there is only one and if you want to charge your phone, you cannot use the lamp. We booked for 3 people and we were given 2 mugs, 2 bath towels etc. City View - view is a pub across the road. Kettle is on the other side of the road on the side table of the couch. Pegs supplied all broke as they were brittle. We had a fan with the extreme heat. I know this was advertised but I overlooked this but still I thought it was hotel facilities. I would really like a refund !!! I am a world traveller and this is by far the worse place I have ever stayed in.

No airconditioning. It was very hot in summer

No staff was available for checkin, my kids arrived after a long trip deperate to pee and I had to deal with very long forms thru a running out of battery mobile phone. A self service checkin was offered but very confusing and not intuitive. There were not enough utensils in the kitchen, blunt knives and bathroom's floor completely wet after each bath.

Very quiet, sleep amazing, great bed. Very friendly staff. Beautiful room. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Price is unbeatable, around 45 minutes to city center, shopping center close to apartment

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable. We couldn't use a kettle and cooktop at the same time because they overloaded electricity network:(
