Staff helped us move our luggage to the room when it was ready for check-in.

1. The room was infested with bugs on the ceiling. They were crawling and flying around the corner. We called the front desk and asked to change rooms, but the staff said "there is nothing we can do". We had to go downstairs to show him the video of the bugs before he agreed that we should change our rooms. 2. Breakfast timing was confusing - on their pamphlet it said breakfast was until 9am. Then we got a call in the morning waking us up at 7.45am asking us to go down for breakfast before it ended. And the front desk said that verbally they mentioned during our check-in that breakfast ended at 8am. But neither of us recalled that this information was relayed to us.

Great service and excellent rooms! One of my favorite stays in all of Peru!
