Spa Hammam- the only worker was not communicating properly, the stone tables were far too hot, she hardly put soap and we had to wait for turns while we ordered duo treatment. And they ask serious fee per hour. Better do it in Marrakesh at a proper Spa.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner was Amazing! Perfect trip for foodies! Located very high up & windy road to the top…more for the adventurous. Saying that we loved it & will be back dv. Staff very attentive, courteous & helpful.

Maybe lack of wifi in bedroom however we were able to go to lounge/common area to relax, have & drink and use wifi. If you need to be on your phone/laptop a lot this might not be for you..if you need a daily break from the internet then it’s your spot. Also very isolated from everything as high up in mountains & not a lot to do so great for us after manic Marrakech. Not for everyone though especially if your planning a long stay. Was great for 2-3 days chill out.

Location - great! View on the Atlas mountains with snow; Garden - beautiful, even if it was winter time. People - very nice. Food- very tasteful.

The room should be refreshed (walls, sanitaries). The restaurant places could have been cleaner (windows, tables).

Excellent hotel, location and atmosphere. Staff incredible helpful. Decoration is superb! Wonderful gardens and outdoor area.

Everything very well set out, staff were very attentive and friendly. Food & drinks was superb, high quality, the right quantity and good value for money. Pools were lovely, spa treatments were good, and activities were pleasant.

View was lovely, only unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to see the higher mountains in the distance.

Kasbah Beldi was the perfect place to recharge after a busy few days in Marrakesh, not too far from the city in a stunning mountain setting.

Our bed was a bit on the firm side and a couple of chairs outside our room would have been nice as we noticed some rooms offered that, however overall a lovely stay. Staff were great, couldn't do enough for us.

property is beautiful. certain parts are not very well maintained which is understandable considering it’s the desert but it’s incredibly charming.

the beds, incredibly hard. no phone in the rooms or Wi-Fi to call reception. the only reason I mention this is if you want room service you have to walk to request what you want which isn’t very practical in the morning.

Breakfast was OK. Nothing special but not bad

Food was overpriced. I just don't see why one would pay 80DHs for a soup or 40 DHs for a yogurt. I think it's way overpriced. Food quality was low (commercial-quality Tangia & Tagines) I think the food formula needs to be reviewed.
