Quite and Convenient Location and Comfortable Room and Friendly Staff

Needs fencing around property to stop petty theft from parked cars at night. Laundry no access, needs a general key or PIN code lock to access . Cleaners need to check for rodents , Tv need upgrade to smart or google Chromecast , also temporal mixing valve on hot water to stop burns and rectify hot and cold water taps which are back to front and shower heads replaced as hose leaks and replace bathroom fan and Fluro starter as very noisy.. a few small tweaks which would make property excellent rather than very good .

For a budget room this was exceptional! Comfortable bed, super clean and very friendly staff.

Being a bit close to the OTR it was a little noisy at times, but it quietened right down overnight so had a great sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although on the main road it wasn't noisy and we had a good night's sleep.

The bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied - it had a coffee cup in it from the previous occupant (or the cleaner?)

Great room, very spacious. Clean and fairly modern. Convenient location with petrol station,OTR and fast food outlet. Excellent view of a spectacular sunset topped it off!!
