Bed comfortable. Very clean. Room was larger than the norm.

Soap pump in shower did not work, manager advised. No tissues. TV sound muffeled. Installation of solar panels noise during day. We had to wait in room for a specific funeral time nearby.

beds roll away from you, when you tried to sit on them. not really enough room to sit at dining table.

Big bath towels, white and fluffy..so unusual. Comfy bed. Nice pool area friendly staff.

The check-in process was so quick, and not so friendly. The room smelt awful, really stale and I had to keep the door open to air it out. The facilities were a little average overall, but the hot water worked, however the beds weren't that comfortable, the tv was small. The noise from the other rooms wasn't great either. I know there are staff shortages, so we kept the place as clean as we could. Just not keen to go back.

The room just had an unpleasant smell ...perhaps it just needed to eb aired out ... wifi would have been good too.,

The family room #8 was very clean and comfortable. Great location and easy to get to . The on site manager was very accommodating as I arrived early. Good value for money .
