Very clean and updated apartment for a family of 5. well furnished and also had an elevator!! close to supermarkets, plenty of restaurants, and metro lines are within a 6 minute walk. We had a change to our flight, and the owner let us keep our luggage in the room for the rest of the day so we didn’t have to sit at the airport. And, he did so for no additional charge!!

Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to say about the property or the owner.

Direct neighborhood looks poor, many strange characters walking on street or close-by parks but that is part of local lifestyle in that quarter

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very well equipped, clean, cozy and the location was at the famous square where the “gato” statue is

It is hard to mention something. Maybe that the bedrooms are not fully dark but it is super silent because the dormitories are in the back (no city sounds)

The property was exactly as it was described. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Everything you would need for a stay in Barcelona. The was owner was very informative and gave us good advice where to eat and drink.

Perfect location, walking distance to Rambla, and few metro stations. Well arranged app, tastefully and nice furnished - we like idea of simple stands/ hangers for cloth, leaving more space. Kitchen well equipped with little Nescaffe express on top! Clean. Small supermarket downstairs so as many bars / cafeterias around. Good windows, we have no problem with sleeping even-though night city noise on streets around.

Living room little dark, windows coming to other building few meters away under renovation. But hello...you are in Barcelona Center! :) And not paying fortune! Couch cover could be nicer:)

The apartment is very close to all the happenings and still very quiet. The conversation with the landlord was very pleasant and easygoing. We were a group of 5 people and the apartment was perfect for us. We would recommend any time.

Everything was good just a small suggestion to put some more shelves in the bathroom and get some wineglasses for the apartment ;-)

The location is awesome! It's less than a 10-minute walk to La Rambla and a 10-minute taxi ride to the beach. Very central location in which we 3 ladies always felt safe, even walking around late at night. The apartment was really clean, very spacious and so comfortable. And the hosts were super accommodating, even when we had some minor issues and questions.

The apartment could have had a few more amenities for the length of our stay (7 nights) . For example, beach towels and/or a beach blanket would have been nice. A broom to clean the floors after going in and out all day long. Kitchen towels. And a few more disposables in the kitchen such as napkins and paper towels. There's also a really nice Tassimo coffee maker, but we could not find the pods at the store, so stocking some of those would have been nice too. All very simple things that wouldn't change our decision to stay there again.

Very cute place! Great layout, perfect for families or groups, I loved that the bedrooms are away from the street so you avoid most noises.

Unfortunately could hear the upstairs neighbor walk around but that's a Spain issue, the builders are older and have wooden floors instead of concrete.

Dirty, not worth the money, asking for a cash deposit which was never mentioned before and location. Not a good location to stay with family maybe with group of friends ok.
