Una casa vacanza sul lungomare con 2 camere da letto molto carina e arredata con gusto, in un'ottima posizione e non lontano da diverse spiagge. La nostra casa ha una grande vista sul lungomare proprio fuori dalla porta sul retro! Immediatamente fuori dalla porta posteriore è un comodo, grande ombreggiato e schermato nel patio con una vasca idromassaggio rilassante e un grande tavolo da biliardo. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e sono sicuro che ti piacerà. Tutti gli utensili da cucina e biancheria da letto e da bagno vengono forniti con la casa, tutto ciò che serve è il tuo spazzolino da denti!

The property is perfect and the hosts were extremely helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again. Super convenient to be able to bring dogs and our boat. Amazing location too. We ended up adding extra nights we loved it so much.

Great location- spent so much time watching the manatee and pelicans swim just a few feet from us. Also had one gator swim by. Absolutely loved ever minute there

Bring your boat. Canal access. Property very accommodating. Short drive to Tarpon Springs and Greek town. Fish and meat markets if you care to cook. Must drive for eating and entertainment.just one restaurant to walk to precariously.

We enjoyed our week long stay. The house was clean and comfortable. We had manatees visit at the end of the dock. Neighbors on either side were pleasant and not intrusive. Master bedroom was of good size with plenty of storage for suitcases, clothing, etc. Location is very close to grocery stores. Can't compliment local food establishments at all. Food was "meh" and overpriced.

Quiet neighborhood, good amenities, close enough to go play in Tarpon Springs gor the day (which I highly recommend). Hot tub was perfect abd pool table in good condition. Dock was just redone.

Rented for my elderly parents. They loved the Marina views. The road the house is off is very fast and waa difficult for them to navigate at times, but they were happy for the convenience to restaurants and stores.

Shopping, park and library close by. Joey's New York Style pizza is excellent. Housekeeper keeps tabs on how all is going and is quite prompt to respond should you have any issues to resolve. Tv is enjoyable. Tarpon Springs is in close proximity for a touristy feel. Great for people that enjoy the city buzz! Homosassa State park has a wonderful facility that is easy on the budget which is a 40 minute (or so) drive.

Loved this home on the water in New Port Richey. It was clean and neat and nicely decorated. It was quiet & peaceful! Loved to watch the boats coming and going all day. The outdoor patio was a fantastic location to host a little BBQ for the family. Can't wait to return!!

Very nice little home on the water. The restaurant across the water did have music over the weekend but you can’t hear anything in the house. One issue we did have was that the boat dock was rented to someone and there were people working on the boat the afternoon we arrived and all day Monday which was very uncomfortable because it was noisy and there was no privacy.

We really enjoyed our 11 day stay. It was conveniently located near our friends and a cousin. We ate out mostly (be sure to try The Fish Guy-fantastic! The kitchen is roomy enough to cook however. The Master Bedroom is spacious with 2 closets. Bathroom are small but ok for a vacation. We loved the big screened-in lanai and watching the boats come in and out was entertaining. The only complaint my hubby had was there was no recliner!!

House is nice, if you like constant traffic, aggressive dogs next door, boat slip renter constantly walking thru the back yard & staying all day, no ac replacement of a.c. unit sottering, banging drilling this is the place for you.
