The location is quite near to the main city center. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with sea view. Helpful host, as there's no lift, so they help with bring up our big and heavy luggage.

The bathroom is always wet, some where is dripping, very messy due to the wetness.

The apartment was nice, bed very comfortable, clean. Close to beach, shops and restaurants.

The kitchen wasn't well equipped. The shower drain blocked all time.

There were some concerns for safety - my kids are older so not so bad for me, the low balcony wall for example made me anxious.

We liked everything. Besnik and his family are very friendly and helpful. The place is super clean and enjoyable. From the center is only 15 minutes walking and there is such a beautiful public beach nearby the property. Very recommended !

It was as described and seen on the pictures. Pretty clean, calm and with comfortable beds.

Even tho it’s written it’s located very close to the seaside, the nearest beach is 15 minutes away by foot. They don’t let you talk after 10pm, so you need to have the wondows closed. Some dishes were dirty.

Very spacious, good value for money. Nice and big balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. 5 minutes with a car to the main Sarande beach. Good lighting in the bedroom.

Owners are so friendly. Supermarket is just a few minutes up the road. Very affordable.

I rented the cheapest room but it was nice designed, very clear and comfortable, well equipped. It has terassa even on the 1st floor. The owners are very hospitable and check-in was easy and quick. There was available place for my car in private parking. There is possibility to get paid breakfast in the hotel which is 2 mins walking from the apartments The breakfast was good and well served. For late check-in the apartments is very suitable.

Just two things. Probably those do not impact good staying. I followed address from the Booking confirmation using Google map navigation and it led me to street from which no entrance to the the apartments. Great that I met man who guided me how to reach the entrance. When I was selecting the apartment I checked on the map that sea is very close. And it is. But I was not able to reach the sea at the evening because there was some economic port which was locked. Of course it is possible to walk longer and reach seaside just I was expecting to do it easier.

It's little bit far from the pomegranate! Like 25 minutes walking!

The owner is a very nice guy, speaks English, ready for suggestions. Clean, they work hard to provide good conditions. Safe parking inside the property. Nice apartments. About 0,5 km to the closest beach. Few taverns with good food very close to the facility.

The mess on the street, surroundings dirty, but this has nothing to do with the property (that is very clean)

Great big comfortable room, friendly staff, and good location. Nice to be so close to supermarkets and everything I needed. Would recommend it to anyone visiting.
