Great location. Good breakfast.
I don’t like the towels every time I stay in this hotel. They should upgrade. The AC wasn’t cooling as well, but it was a chill night, so that wasn’t unbearable.

Did have an issue when checking out, the fron desk wanted to charge for 4 nights when l only stayed for 3 and l paid cash in advance

The bed was comfortable, nice balcony e beautiful view. Breakfast was nice. The front desk staff was nice
The room was dirty, old, mold on the wall. The food I ordered was so bad that I could barely eat it and very expensive. I expect a nice food for the price but it was very very bad. No taste, meat was not the cut I order, and the way they deliver is not nice and it took more than 2 hours. The lady who was taking the orders was very rude too. I would not go back there. I can find much better hotels for the price I paid.

The hotel needs a good maintenance review.
Breakfast options were very reduced. Who has already been there prior 2020, notice the difference of quality, which has reduced a lot

The pool water had the look and dirty that wasn’t cleaned for at least 2 or 4 days.

Dirty, old, dirty dishes with food all over the corridor overnight. Staff shouting and laughing in the corridors.
