Camera matrimoniale con letto king size (TV a schermo piatto da 32 '), camera per gli ospiti con letto king size e letto matrimoniale .. soggiorno formale. Camera familiare con schermo piatto da 48 ', internet wireless, TV diretta, telefono con numero illimitato di Stati Uniti, grande lavanderia con lavatrice, asciugatrice. Vicino a tutti gli amentiies, a pochi passi dal Beardsley Rec Center. Carrello da golf disponibile per l'affitto. Il meraviglioso patio posteriore coperto offre il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e divertirsi intorno alla grande piscina. Ampio cortile molto privato. Tutto qui per offrire un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. A pochi minuti da campi da baseball, negozi e ristoranti di allenamento primaverile. m

Great property location for golf and recreation center. Kathy was very gracious but not real easy to contact. She was ill and this absence left us without support for Internet. Back yard property was not clean due to high winds. I contacted Kathy and she had little or no desire to clean it. Therefore, the only thing we used it the backyard was the barbecue grill. I had to clean the grill and purchase propane too. The kitchen was very stocked and functional. The couch was very used and broken down in the TV room. I would need some assurances about cleanliness from Kathy before I would consider this property for a future rental.

We love staying at this beautiful house when we come to SCW. Everything is just perfect… from the pool, to the use of a golf cart, to the roomy space! The owner is so helpful and does everything to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much!!!

The house was as described. It’s location was quiet and convenient. The house was well equipped and the host responded to questions during our stay. The pool was very nice especially in a hot day. A lovely spot.

This is just what the family needed for our AZ vacation. Close to family, wonderful private pool and all the amenities we needed in the house. Rental of the golf cart was an added bonus. Owner was quick to reply when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Came out for my son’s baseball tournament and loved the house and the very relaxed community. The house had a ton of space and the pool was perfect. Kathy also couldn’t have been better with anything we needed. We will be coming back!

We stayed at this home for six nights while our teen son was playing in a baseball tournament. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. The pool was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room. Kathy was extremely responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the separate living areas. It made it nice to have family in the different areas. Only draw back is the master bedroom bathroom shower take a very long time to get hot water. I waited over 5 minutes to get hot water.
