This place is located near the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. This apartment has a washing machine and a place to air dry our clothes! We were really happy about it! Dotan is a great host. He provided many useful tips/ info and made our travel a lot easier in Tel aviv. We really enjoyed our stay! We recommend this place to travellers!

Continuing from previous review after 1 checked out. 3 stayed on for 2 more nights. All 3 were happy with the accommodation which we felt was value for money especially due to its location. Location is excellent if you wish to take the bus to Ben Gurion Airport. It's about 4 minutes walk from the apartment to the bus stop at Ben Yehuda St. Take bus 445 which stops at Terminals 1, 2 and 3. I have recommended this place to a few people. If you're looking for budget accommodation at an excellent and safe location, you'll not be disappointed with this one. Beds are comfortable and the AC works. However, if you want all the frills and perks of a 4/5 star hotel eg gym (like the one we saw in Alexander Hotel) nearby, then be ready to fork out at least twice / three times the amount. Found out one of the hotels lowest rate is £500 per night for a double room.

Location is great. You can get easily around by bus. You can also walk- close to the appartment are many things to see. The beach is close by.

This place is superb. Easy to access, near the beach, near the public transport and a parking lot also. The host was super friendly with many recomendations. We slept like a log in the comfy beds. The water was incredibly hot with a massage shower head which was perfect after a long walk in the city.

we didn't find the coffe maker, but we slept so well that we forget about it.

The accommodation is in a great location close to the beach and harbour. Dotan is an extraordinarily caring host. Every problem he tried to solve immediately. We had trouble with the non-working wifi which was unpleasant. Dotan immediately started to resolve it with the supplier. When that didn't work, he immediately offered to purchase a data sim card. Absolutely extraordinary approach. Thank you again.

Internet quality could have been better.

The place is clean and nice for the price. Very close to the beach and local bars. Dotan is an awesome guy. Certainly a place to recommend.

Great location close to beaches and shopping areas. The manager is very helpful and punctual. We were allowed a late check-out with no surcharge.

Rooms are actually in a basement next to a rather busy street.

Too bad we were only in Tel Aviv for a night and only stayed here for a night, We would have stayed longer!

Dotan is a very nice Host and gives a lot of extra information about tel Aviv and how to manage getting from the Airport to the Hoste. He gave us a much better room for free, because of a cancellation and was so generous about it!

Dotan was an amazing host and very responsive over WhatsApp, answering many of my queries and general info I wanted. Me and my friend needed a place to stay for 1 night and also to hold our luggage for the next day as our flight was at night. Dotan made this possible and even allowed us to shower after having 1 last day at the beach. His home is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The shower facilities exceeded my expectations and there were a few "free" products you could use which was great when we needed to have a quick shower without pulling things out from our luggage. Highly recommended and when I come back I'll be sure to stay at Dotan's as the place is in a great location.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was great!

The host is very kind and always willing to help the guests on any occurring needs. On a Friday Night he even got back to us in the hostel to give a garn to us in order to fix my friend's broken dress.... Best place to stay close to the beach without getting absolutely broke. The host Dotan is very kind and empathetic. We will be staying at his place soon again=)

Service - super kind and amenable! Location - 2 min walk from the beach in upscale Tel Aviv port area Close to Cafes, Babylon for kids, Castro... Clean w comfy mattresses :) In spite of the Tel Aviv humidity, there was NO musty smell. Just fresh, clean air 😁

That the bathrooms are outside the room, but there isn't much that can be done about that.

The location and hospitality were amazing! Dotan is such a great host and I'll definitely be back when in Tel Aviv
