Fantastic staff, I was stuck with my close pet and broken down vehicle, very comforting to receive the treatment from the staff for me and my dog.

Made a booking on Booking.com paid in full Warwick motel cancelled my Booking sent me text saying sorry and expected me to follow with their booking service.poor service on their behalf where’s my refund that you made, would steer clear of this Motel

Excellent value, convenient location, clean and comfortable room.

Proximity to all services. The room was refreshed since our last visit and has a clean look.

The gravel driveway ☺️. Very painful.

Facilities were great and staff very friendly and helpful. Susie is awesome and gave us some great info on things to look at on our trip.

Right size room for us. The room was quite clean but showing signs of needing a bit of a refurb. Bed was very comfortable so we had a good night's sleep.

Having easy access to wifi. It was not possible for us to connect based on instructions given when trying to access the motel wifi on our phones. A password would have been better.

Convenient location, microwave and kettle in room in good working order

On arrival office was locked (6pm) sign In window with mobile number to call. Called multiple times with no answer, finally received text message with instructions for key retrieval and providing room number, so non existent customer service. Room 14 needs major renovations/repairs, the whole room is old, battered and tired. Marks all over walls and doors, old fixtures and furniture. Uncomfortable beds, hot water takes forever to come through (we waited 7 minutes with tap running) and even then was not overly hot. Reverse cycle heating needs servicing as it gave off horrible smell and made terrible noises all night, swing function also not working. Lighting in the room was dismal. No washers provided in bathroom. Louvre windows don’t seal completely letting in cold air. For the price charged I expected much better.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Good to have two separate bedrooms.

Bathroom not so comfortable with narrow space when showering, and shower curtain rather than glass. No undercover car parking.

The room has been tastefully refurbed in a good location, easy to find.

The pool was great

No Manager on site, and I had to phone them. Pillows were flat and had to use 3 of them. They need to invest in new ones. Gravel car park thank god I wasn't on my cruiser motorbike would have fallen over on this.The car park people were driving in and out and was shared by the garden shop next door, so we had trouble getting a park near our room due to other people taking up car space 😒 thank God we went out for awhile to see the country towns

The owner and manager were so rude. We arrived soaking wet and cold on a charity ride. We had 6 rooms booked. In fairness we arrived early and asked if p possible could our rooms be cleaned first. “No we do them in order!’ After waiting another hour i asked if the rooms that were cleaned could be allocated to us. “No we wait till all rooms are cleaned before we’re allocate!’ I asked could we have access to 1 room to at least store our luggage or an area (it d been dropped off by a support vehicle). She said’look no! I’ve told you I’ll call when all the rooms are clean and we allocate them!’ This happened at 12.30 after we stood around freezing for an hour and a half .., and we were in the first room they. Leaned 2 hours ago! I understand there is a che k in time however when we are standing around freezing from our charity ride and the room is ready she could have been kind. I also offered to pay extra for the extra hours but she wouldn’t budge.
