First of all I would like to thank the whole team, everyone in this hotel made an effort to fulfill my requests. From booking to eating. Everything was great. However, I would like to praise two people at the reception in particular, Izdihar and Yeliz did everything they could to make my booking uncomplicated and friendly. I think they deserve special recognition for their work. I will definitely come back in September.

The room was on the ground floor overlooking the pool of a nearby hotel with children. Not that I mean when chosen adult only hotel. Children and music noisy all day in room and loud music at the evening until 23:30. I couldn’t relax and normal sleep in hotel. We said about this situation to stuff but they weren’t solving this trouble. Only said: full Also stuff doesn’t normal speak in English, we used to Turkish translate to describe our problems. doesn’t interesting in solve your problem. Not good beach with children from nearest hotels. There are a lot of large stones and slabs

Nice hotel with modern facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent restaurants and well trained staff. Adult -only is really great if you want to enjoy a peaceful time.

The location in front of an average and quite rocky beach. It was too far away from the city. The spa treatments they offer are just average and not worth the price, so I wouldn't recommend it. You could barely see any sea from a partial sea-view room. Mostly just other buildings.

On the last day our room wants clean becouse we didn't know that u need to put correct light on for the cleaners, side view balcony was dark and not super enjoyable to sit as there was no sun but is a small detail. Faaaar from alanya City centre like a 1 hour walk or 15 mim by taxi. And far from kleopatra beach. Local beach bit pebbley.

Drinks are not that great, pool is small, not enough entertainment, massive smoking restrictions, all hotels have Nargili/shisha section, this one doesn't! Beach area too small, they need to invest in the beach section

1. the staff tried to move me to a room of a different category (instead of what was in the photo on the website, there was a completely different room) 2. another visitor of hotel came to my room with a key from my room! when I was in a shower, my girl friend was in a bed!
