We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Steps to the very large pool and ocean! Condo is clean and spacious. Parking right in front of the door. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The condo was perfect! The location was great. It was close to the pool and ocean front with a short walk to the ocean. It was near the Cocoa Beach Pier and restaurants. The condo was super clean and spacious. It had a large kitchen and living room. I look forward to staying here again, and I highly recommend it for future travelers.

Very nice beachfront location at Cocoa Beach. Close to the pier, but far enough away so the beach is not crowded. The unit was very well stocked, we couldn't think of anything that was missing.

We loved staying here!!! One grandma (me) and my daughter, her husband and two children 4 and 6 year olds. Everything was just like it looked online. Clean, well equipped, we had all the comforts of home with the ability to step out our door to the putting green and pool, and the beach walkway adjacent to the pool!! So nice!!! We brought beach chairs with us but really didn’t need to, because there were chairs and lots of beach items, toys, in the bedroom closet!! Kudos to the property manger Mr. Perry, who helped explain the parking arrangements since we had two vehicles. Very nice man. Great time! Great location!

The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet and relaxing. Beach access is very convenient. Very family oriented. We had a blast!

We had a great stay, love being able to walk out the door and enter the pool and also just being steps away from the beach.. Jack is a an awesome host. We had a minor AC issue. I was able to call Jack he picked up on 2nd ring and got the issue resolved quickly.. Thanks for allowing us to stay..

Everything about this condo was perfect! The space, the decoration and well stocked! Nothing was missing! Didn't have to go out and buy extra things like we usually do when we rent! A few steps from the beach, a big swimming pool, 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and close to all the stores! Best VRBO we have rented so far. We already recommended it to our family and friends! Jeanne & Joe

The condo has it all. There were at least 6 beach chairs, more than 6 beach towels, a couple boogie boards, some pool noodles, and plenty of beach toys. This was a great location SO close to the beach. Not a huge building so it was personal with many hellos to share. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and we loved being able to walk out the sliding glass door right to the pool. This place was a WINNER!! (My only advice would be to provide a laundry pod or two since renters are required to clean the towels.)

Overall good experience but I didn't expect to do any cleaning at all when I pay fees for that.

This condo has everything you need, and was super close to everywhere you might want to go. Covered parking at door was GREAT. A short walk to the beach, no stairs or elevators to deal with, perfect for my 82 year old mom who gets short of breath. Easiest experience I've ever had renting a condo.

We spent an amazing 2 weeks at this property! It was very nicely updated and well maintained. We stayed with our small children and the condo was fully equipped for our pool, beach and kitchen needs. This beachfront property can’t be beat as it was extremely convenient to walk straight out to the pool and then a very short walk to the beach! We went back and forth between the pool and beach with ease. Also, so close to walk the pier as well. Our host and the on-site property management are extremely repsponsive to any questions or needs. We would love to go back!

Great location for a great price! And the property looked better and brighter in person. Normal wear & tear on furniture. But nothing worth getting uptight about. Be prepared to wear shoes inside unless you want to have your feet and/or socks to turn black. This was literally our only frustration during our stay. Other than that, we were in heaven. Thanks Jack. You are a great host.

We have stayed at the Cocoa Beach Club once before in another condo. Our entire family loves staying here. It's clean, right on the beach, private pool for only condo guests. This is definitely our every year spot. Our condo was clean, prepared early for us to check in after a long morning of flying, enough l space for our teenager, two young kiddos, and grandparents. The beach toys / boogie boards are our favorite! Will most definitely be back each year!

Well taken care of condo. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Could benefit from a couple of good beach umbrellas or canopy, other than that it was a great place.

We loved everything about-Clean-Very well supplied. It spoiled us! We did come across a couple other places there which were deplorable and hard to believe they ABRO listings.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The unit was close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. We were within easy walking distance to the Pier. The unit itself was very nice. We would stay here again.
