Loved the little town of Tobermory and the hotel is right in the middle of everything. Lovely staff and great breakfast.

The room was cozy but not exactly quiet. We could hear floors creaking and at least two people snoring. Thankfully it settled down early but...

The location was excellent right on the sea front. The downstairs area is recently refurbished and is very welcoming.

Our room was very small for two adults. We were only staying one night which we were glad about as there isn’t a lot of storage for longer stays. the room is quite dated and had some water damage by the window. The toilet is modern and nice but the shower pressure wasn’t great at all. As we were staying right before the season started (1 week early) we feel that we paid premium but didn’t get to experience the hotel at its best. We paid £200 for room only and didn’t feel £30 for breakfast was good value for money. We went to a local store on the Main Street for breakfast instead.

One night and no breakfast for £170 was not good value for money. Bed was not comfortable - mattress very hard and lumpy. Slight step up into the bathroom was a trip hazard.

my room smelled of frying - I think the (only) window opened out near to a vent from the kitchen.

Breakfast was great, very good choice. Lovely atmosphere especially with the log fire on. Very nice to have lots of hot chocolate sachets and bottles of water in our room.

Single room was probably smallest I’ve ever stayed in anywhere was was ok Breakfast wasn’t included and a little pricy at £15 so I skipped it wifi was hopeless and considering Tobermory is the main hub on the island it should be better as it is elsewhere on the island

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful Large dense spongy, impossible to sleep on . I wish they provided alternatives on the bed.

The location was central, the bar was beautiful, the outside seating area overlooked the harbour, the breakfast was delicious and the staff seemed nice.

The room was really small but was expected from reading other reviews, the WiFi didn't quite reach my room and I had to reconfigure the TV myself as it was only broadcasting radio channels. But generally it was a great place to stay.
