Personal sehr freundlich. Lauge ausgezeichnet. Bar- und Frühstückbereich schön hergerichtet.
Zimmer insgesamt veraltet. Keine Steckdosen im Zimmer.

Top of the mountain location surrounded by alpine meadows. Ideal place to for mountain hiking. Nice and friendly host.

Rich breakfast, very tasty dinner, amazing location, "genius loci"place with wonderful views. Very nice and helpful staff.

Czech staff for us as Czech was very positive surprise :-). They were superfriendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good, dinner was OK.
The best was the stunning views from the walkings around and lot of possiblities of walkings for all levels of stamina!

The staff and food are awesome! Consider including dinners, they are really great!
I had a problem reaching the place in the evening by public transport/taxi. There are a few bus trips in the afternoon and that's it. And there is no taxi around so I should request one in advance.

The hotel is "lost" in the mountain surrounded by lakes and peaks. it´s an ideal location for relaxing and taking valuable time off exploring the nature around. The hotel is cozy and the staff supporting.

Everything was perfect! Great location for hiking. The staff and owner were great. Breakfast and dinner were good too.

Outstanding staff. All very pleasant, we really felt extremely welcome. Great place for a stay in Tauplitzalm, all the lakes are within normal hiking distance. Travelling with a dog is not a problem. We stayed for one night only and were allowed to leave the can right next to the hotel (summer vacation).
I don't remember anything worth writing.

Everything was perfect! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is outstanding and we will definetly come back next year!

sauna is not working properly. cold meals for breakfast. poor salad buffet. dinner is not what it used to be. the hotel needs renovation for 20 years nothing has changed. ski room doesn't heat shoes. only prices are rising. neighbors are more competitive

The guy who pick up us and the laguaggages at the parking area, didn’t help anything, just watching while my girlfriend and me put everything on the scooter.
