The property and the location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu options could be improved. I loved that breakfast could be served at anytime, anywhere, as many times!

The menu options for breakfast and lunch / snack were a bit limited. Also, if a hotel transport could be provided to and from the town of Trancoso, that would be great. Each ride to/from costs about $20

Location.

It’s a good place to stay OUT of season. The hotel is not properly resourced to serve guests when it’s fully booked: no pool towels available to every guest, room not made at night before sleep, meals always take too long to be served, no paper toilet at the common WC, dirty pool full of sand and bugs, wrong orders coming from the kitchen, not enough seats at the beach/pool. The staff is kind and polite though.
