Very nice location right in front of the beach playa norte and also close to the terminal; style is like hippie chic; comfortable bed with a cosy blanket;

There were only two showers for a lot of people, in a wooden construction, but maybe it’s part of the rustic style there; the water temperature could not be adjusted, it came out very hot; the kitchen and living room space is locked between 12pm and 8am - I couldn’t have breakfast on my last day, when I needed to catch the shuttle at 8am; the people who own the hostel used the common spaces also for themselves, so sometimes there was little space for the guests

The hostel is incredibly cozy, the owners are super nice. It was a great pleasure to stay at Cabo Polonio. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I could charge my phone and everything.

this is my first complain in years of bnb traveling but I do feel mislead so I need to warn other fellow travelers. when I booked the private room, I thought it was expensive but would worth the risk. however, the owner had a different set up (by the time I booked it showed a double bed in one of the house room, but when I arrived he had built a small, warm, wooden box that would barely fit the double bed). the room was super tiny and you can’t fit two people standing. by 8 am, we need to leave the “room” because it was like a wet sauna inside (not in a good way). the house have only two working shower to share for 30+ people. you can’t use the kitchen (only to warm water according to the host). we only used the kitchen to make lentils in the New Year’s Eve, washed everything but the owner complained that we used it even paying 120 usd per couple. so expect to pay a lot of money to stay in slum. the only good thing was the location of the house, but the smell of the dead seal made it impossible to enjoy. some of the photos are old you see in the booking was not truth.

Cosy place right on the dunes. Feels like a home! Gaby and her family take excellent care of their guests.
