The Villa is very good the staffs there are very helpful specially the agent over there is very helpful, they contacted me before the trip start and have arranged the transport, meals and site seeing with me, specially thanks to Kate, Butler and the chef, they are very kind and helpful, all these make our trip a wonderful feeling and memories! Highly recommend this villa!

Villa is a bit dated. Furniture starting to show its age

The breakfast in the villa was outstanding and the beachside restaurant had amazing food and a buffet breakfast. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk.

The villa was advertised for 5 bedrooms, but the villa only had 4 bedrooms. The location of the villas was also far out from downtown and the main tourist sites with the exception of marble mountains.

The house is really spacious for our 6 adults and 3 kids. The staff was very friendly from the moment we met until the time we checked out, Huong, Xuan and Katie helped me a lot with breakfast selection, house cleaning and also providing a free drop off service . I'm so grateful. The weather was hot but okay, we enjoyed spending a day at the villa's private pool and walking along the nearby beach in the late afternoon. Not many restaurants around but we were able to order food to our doorstep. It was a great stay. Thank you

This is an ABnB Villa and not managed by the Resort. The Villa is not clean with Bed Bugs, stains on flooring, water heater on timer mode. There was only 1 restaurant for the whole Villa and no walking distance food was available at all. Very pricey food and not value for money at all.

The room was spacious and we liked how close it was to the pool, which had a beautiful beach view. The beach is very quiet and the romantic atmosphere is what makes us love this resort even more. We ordered room service for a BBQ dinner and the food was delicious, the staff was also very friendly and stayed very late to clean up after the party. And what impressed us the most was the sunrise!!! It is a must-see if you are staying at Ocean Luxury Villas.

the bathtub has water leaking issue, and not enough box tissue provide in villa

We have had a very good holiday in Da Nang especially the stay in this villa made our trip more happy and funny. The house is very clean that is so comfortable like the home feeling. The mattress is good that I had slept very well. Thanks to the owner and the team for the services they rendered to us.
