We spent 2 nights at Louis's place at the end of June 2022. We arrived there in the late afternoon, and Louis was already waiting for us in order to show us around his spacious and beautiful first floor apartment and give us detailed advice on the local attractions and the best restaurants in town. Right next to Louis's house there is a wonderful family run restaurant that cooks to order and since we didn't have any plans for dinner that night Louis graciously offered to call the restaurant's owners and arrange a last minute dinner for us. The next evening Louis showed us around his garden and told us some fascinating stories about the island.

Well first of all you have to know, when you come to terceira island, you cant expect a lot of luxury, there are only a few small villages and near to all of the accommodations are held by private persons (so there are not the big hotels like you probably know from sao miguel or terceira,...). But it doesn't matter at all. The apartment was very comfortable, big (i think even 4 people should have enough space to not harm each other), it was very clean, the kitchen was well equiped (you need that, because there are not that much restaurants) and the wifi was on top. A supermarket is nearby, you can park in front of the house (you really need a car) and last but not least the owner is such a nice guy and give you many advices what to do and where to go... i would stay again for sure :)

The apartment was very clean and good value. We were a couple but it is good for 4. It has all the cooking facilities you may need.We will stay again if it is available.

The pillows can be improved.

The host is super nice and will help you with anything you need: places to visit, where to eat etc. The house is nice and spacious. All the necessary amenities.

Great place, the apartment has everything what is needed (kitchen with full equipment, two seperate bedrooms, comfortable beds, towels etc.). Close to shop, restaurant/bar. The place where the house is located is beautiful (the whole island is very beautiful!). And great host - Luis is very nice and helpfull person. He gave us a tour of the apartment, showing us what was where. He also told us about places to visit and helped us with a trip to Corvo.

Luís was a perfect host, the apartment was clean, all the necessaries facilities were provided. The apartment is well located, easy reach and it is a perfect spot to start to explore Flores. Luís and his wife were very welcoming, they also have a beautiful vegetable garden where they grow tasty seasonal and local products. We would be very happy to have the chance to visit them again!
