All the crockery, towels, racks all there and we'll placed for ease of use. Also crockery was properly clean. Friendly greeting too.

The room was lovely and clean, the bed was great and we found the location perfect as it was such a short walk to town.
Maybe the room was a little small but OK for an overnight stay.

Location. And the room was clean.
The parking at the location is a mess and needs to be sorted out. There is very poor access to room 13. The room was cluttered - not well laid out for comfort. The shower was tiny and badly positioned making it uncomfortable.

Central location to restaurants and shops, ease of check-in, room as per description, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and adequate air-conditioning as it was freezing outside. Ample provisions of supplies required, linen, soap, coffee etc.

Service was amazing. Everything was clean. Location was close to shops. The beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend. Will be happy to stay there again.

Room was stuffy if you didn’t want to put a/c on. Also it had a strong smell of disinfectant.

Extremely bad smelling room. The door on the room was wide open when we arrived at 6pm as the staff had said they had the room airing all day as they believe the last guest may have had a dog in the room. Staff had apparently attempted to clean the carpet which still showed stains and an overpowering smell. Would have left the motel if we were able to find other accommodation that night. Parking is very tight and not recomended for larger vehicles. Motel is very close to one of the hotels and not a great area to be staying with a family on a Saturday night - yelling could be heard all night.
