it was clean, comfortable, great value, near to LHR airport

-staff were accommodating. -parking was free, and in a safe place. -easy check-in. instructions were clear -property was clean -sofa bed was sturdy enough -heater was good and working

-property was booked for 3 days for 3 people. but, was only provided 1 pc of toilet roll. for the 1st day it was not good enough. what if the ladies were having their monthly thing? -welcome note needs changing. it shows, there was a free mini wine. but non found. -cleaning sponge could at least be changed. it looks 😨

Big ,clean perfect for us

The shower wasn’t the best Couldn’t move it up and down headboard needs attaching to the wall ,it banged on the wall every time you moved

The property was in good condition with shops nearby.

The washroom is downstairs.

Can’t fault the property, or the hosts. Absolutely perfect.

we were sent a code and easy accessible key box.

The surrounding neighbourhood was very noisy. Arguments, swearing and they played music till 3am every night. We had our children there who struggled to sleep especially when we couldnt close the windows due to the hot weather. one night they had to sleep at the front of the apartment in our room on the floor as it was that loud. We did contact the owners who were apologetic but having three nights lack of sleep did it and we left at 7am on the last day as we all just wanted to get home and had a 5 hour drive ahead. There were also stacks and I means stacks of rubbish bags across the road which hummed and not very nice to be greeted with.

The beds were sooooo comfy the kids loved tge sofa bed.. The apartment itself was very clean , well docorated Tea coffee milk and ussentials were provided ..which was very thoughtfull ..Thank You

I can't fault it .. My mum has walking difficulties so indoorsuite in the master bedroom would have been ideal.. Xx

Broken shower

Great apartment for a group of people, we stayed as we were going to Thorpe Park for the weekend. Good location, great price and just what we needed, much better than a hotel room.

Door lock on the front door was faulty but as we were leaving a maintenance man came to fix it. Apartment had a car park but was quite tight to get in and out of.

The baby gate at the top of the stairs really came in handy with the apartment being over 2 floors. Any messages to the owners were quickly responded to and always dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Hand soap/washing up liquid/toilet roll were all available which were useful when first arriving. Brilliantly written instructions to access the property, very much appreciated after a long journey! Parking private and secure.

Could do with a bit of a freshen up.

Good location. Facilities were great. Property was clean.

Beds were not that comfy. There was an overpowering smell we did not care for.

The space was a very good size for my family to move around in and bed lay out good.

Was an iron mark on carpet that was covered by a rug in one of the bedrooms and odd Mark's or stains on carpet did worry me incase they said I'd done it when already there but they didnt so apart from that very happy with the apartment

The apartment was very clean. Close to legoland and whipsnade zoo. Convenient store and a fantastic Indian takeaway just around the corner.

The blinds on the bedrooms aren’t great. The one in the second bedroom where the kids slept wasn’t long enough to cover the window. The one in the main bedroom had broken slats. Both of them did not block any light out.
