Great view, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful

Lack of decor, too windy with no protection so it made sitting in the eating area unpleasant

Location was fine and on entry everything looked ok

Smelly toilet. Asked to fix. Previous visitor must have noticed. TV did not work. Meal was tuna steak, tough as leather and inedible. Sent it back. Waiter offered a 25% discount. Worst meal I have ever been given in a hotel. Went for a massage, foot reflexology and the lady said she could not do. There was no one else there. The manager is hands off to allow maintenance to drop, ambivalent staff just waiting to home, meal quality. Booked for 3 days and left after one. Manager offered to relocate my room, however it was about the overall quality. Booking. Com need to take some oversight on the ratings. I read the reviews. They were current but clearly incorrect.

Location , quiet peaceful , beach front , snorkelling …garden with shade and pool … close walking to other very good varied eateries and beach front cafes Close walking distance few minutes to Japanese ship wreck site ,for snorkelling and scuba diving … boat trips etc

Amed Dream is set in Paradise just a stones throw from the Japanese Shipwreck and golden sand. It is around a 10 minute scooter ride from Jemeluk in a very peaceful part of Amed. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and the birds was heaven. You can see the most incredible sunrise from your balcony, or whilst lying in bed! The beds were really comfortable with larger than life pillows, and the bathroom is equipped with everything you need and a nice big shower with great water pressure. There was plenty of options for a delicious breakfast on the terrace restaurant overlooking the ocean, and although we didn't have time to eat dinner there, the menu looks inviting. The beach bar has a great vibe, and we were lucky to be treated on our first night to some local live music. But the best part about Amed Dream has to be their staff, Jafar the manager is the hostest with mostest, and treated us like part of the family the moment we arrived. He helped us extend our wifi connection in the room, arranged airport transfers, and drove us around on our final day, helping us locate some forgotten personal items and joined us for some dinner. His staff we so attentive, professional, but down to earth, and made us feel really welcomed and comfortable. We are so glad we made the last minute decision to leave Ubud and come to Amed for our last two days in Bali, a rare find, that we will make sure is placed on the tourist map. We can't wait to come back and see all the awesome things you have planned for the Amed Dream come to life ♡ Thanks to our driver who drove us to the airport (I'm sorry we didn't catch your name) and thank you to Amed Dream for the best last two days of our trip. - The view from the balcony is amazing - You can listen to the sound of waves during the night - The staff is very friendly - The dadar gulung and the mie goreng we had for breakfast are delicious - The location is quite remote, therefore quiet - Stargazing at night on the beach is an amazing experience

- I wish they would add a "Do not disturb/Please clean my room" sign in the rooms - The WiFi connection could be improved, especially since due to the remote location there's no mobile connection

The bathroom stinks, sorry to say but just not possible. For a hotel the room of cleaning yourself... How, even after telling the staff several times there was no offer of changing rooms or deep cleaning the bathroom. Tom today we're not sure where the stench came from. It smelled like mould and onions. Seriously! Breakfast: the options are very limited. The vegan breakfast is a raw toast without crust with scrambled tofu. When I told them it would be enough they must said I'd have to order and pay for anything else. But the"special breakfast" had all vegan options besides the sausage, bacon and egg. But take away the bacon and sausage, substitute the egg with tofu scrambel and leave the potato, spinach, salad. When going over to suggesting to substitute one of the elements of one breakfast menu with one of the other. They did but charged extra without saying so. I think the manager needs to get better staff and tell them to communicate better. Besides that they are very friendly

Everything was great, the view is amazing, the beach is clean and you meet many beautiful fish in the water. Japanese shipwreck is just steps away. The pool is so great, we will comeback again. 2 nights is not enough

The location is great, also the breakfast, pool, view, pool and staff.

You can see that there is no proper maintenance, deep cleaning and a budget for major fixes. The door of the room didn’t closed normally, only when using forse, which is not nice for other guest The shower head rain shower was totally blocked with chalk. Hot water took 3 minutes to get warm ( and then putting a sticker on the wall “save water”) Tiles are loose at the pool. Edges pool getting green from leaves and other dirt. stones on the wall above stairs garden are falling out, people can get seriously injured or even killed. the toilet was really dirty under the edge seat. These are easy things to fix.

aircon is so small cant do cold (day time) food menu is not fully explanatory (many pork) order breakfast coming with pork so i cant eatting;(

Hotel dirrect to the beach

Loved the pool, was fantastic for our kids. Room 105 opened out to easy access to pool & beach. Beachfront. Next door to 2 good restaurants. The friendly chicken that visited.

We had booked a 2bdr, x1 QS and x2 SB. Our rooms were x2 QS beds. That apartment could not have beds separated & remade. When asked they did offer us another room that they could split the beds. Original rooms had been sprayed with air freshener so the mustiness wasn’t too bad at the time so we didn’t change rooms. Bed linen & towels are well worn & old. No face washer or hand towel. Pool towels were difficult to obtain. Toiletry products such as body wash empty. Stains on sheets. Kitchenette cupboards empty thereby kitchenette unusable except for kettle & coffee making facilities. Biggest issue was really musty room (Room 104) as 2nd room is built into hill therefore dark & poor ventilation. Kept A/C on & interconnecting Door 105 open to help circulate. Some staff not friendly. Modern property but needs maintenance, attention & care. Basic breakfast.

it’s really tough to get a connection there. impossible to get a phone signal and wifi is very unreliable. great if you go there to relax and disconnect, but if you’re planning to work, not the best place for it
