This was the perfect spot for our little family. The villa was lovely and the location to the beach and pool was convenient! We will be back.

We loved our villa, very clean and welcoming. The property was gorgeous, spent my time going back and forth between beach and intercoastal! Very relaxing place with a fabulous staff!

I am so grateful that we found this beautiful villa! It was super clean and so pretty. The beach area was just amazing. We watched the sunrise on the ocean and watched it set on the intercoastal. We enjoyed time in the beautiful pool too! Excellent communication with management. This lovely villa met and exceeded our expectations! Plus, it was extra comforting to back to after dropping my daughter off at FAU. I would definitely stay here again!

The villa was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was lively and had all the items we needed to cook with and a coffee maker, toaster, blender & microwave. A quick walk over to the pool and beach as well as Deerfield Beach and pier. We adored all the lizards and iguanas on the property. A real treat.

Love our place and will be back

We loved the Villa, that was big enough to feel comfortable but small enough to feel cozy. We enjoyed the large green space to throw the football around and really appreciated the proximity to the pool and beach area. Very pleasant stay and Sandy was a great host. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location! Super clean and perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own space. Beds were comfy and it just felt like home! Will be back for sure!

The location was fabulous, and it was a very convenient walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Sandy's place had all the amenities of home, and it was very clean. The communication with Sandy was excellent during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Villa CC to anyone looking to vacation in Hillsboro Beach.

The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures. It’s in a very good location. The property manager was great, super responsive, and everything was well organized.

This is a great property run by a great host. Sandy provided great communication about our upcoming stay with us and had everything lined up exactly as advertised. There were four in our family and there was plenty of room and the convivence to beach (walk) and shopping and restaurants (1 mile) made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property and host

The property was perfect for me, my stepmom and my 9 year old. It was clean and plenty of room to move around. We loved having our own kitchen, and the second bath was a life saver for showers after the beach and the pool. We were just 2 min away from the intercoastal, which we loved to sit out at night and watch the boats come in and out. And the ducks were so much fun for my 9 year old. The beach was a short 5 min walk with the pool on the way. It was quiet and super peaceful in the mornings for coffee on the porch. Overall a great property, with an even better host. We will definitely be back!

We had a grand time at Villa CC. Clean, Nicely Furnished, Beautifully Arranged - everything we needed/wanted was there. We would have liked to stay longer and are confident of a joyful time. Thanks to Sandy the owner and to property manager and staff.

Wow! A well needed vacation and this place did not disappoint! Sandy's unit is totally updated and clean. The property outside is also very charming and maintained. I liked the porch are for morning coffee. also watched sunsets on the property's lounge chairs on the intercoastal side. The beach was awesome. They provide all amenities of lounge chairs and cabanas. It was a special place that made our family vacation with with college aged kids so so enjoyable. Plan on going back and staying again. Sandy is a super host she accomodated us with some special requests that we had. She always kept in touch if you needed anything. Thanks Sandy!!!

I can't say enough about how great this rental was. The condo it self is really nice, beautiful finishes and furniture. Very clean. Super communication with Sandy, she was prompt with answers and has really great suggestions that she shares on restaurants and activities. Easy no contact check in for those who are covid conscious. You can't beat the location! Having a green space was a really nice surprise. The intercoastal waterway had beautiful sunsets. The pool is very nice as well as is the private beach. Stairs to the ocean if you want to dip your toes in or walk the beach.

Just back from a fantastic stay. The unit was everything we hoped for, and more! Location is great— tucked between the beach and intracoastal. The villa is well-appointed and decorated in subdued, coastal hues. Kitchen is well-stocked. Beds were comfy, and everything was vey clean. The grounds have mature tropical landscaping and places to sit and relax at the beach, river, and pool. Owner couldn’t have been more thoughtful and kind. This property is a hidden gem! Highly recommend.

Overall great experience. One dissatisfier was not have any toiletries (paper towels, soap). One bedroom did not have a TV. And for those that fly in, there wasn’t any beach chairs, beach boards, etc. We truly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you !!!

My family stayed here for almost a full week. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and beach. Property was quiet and well kept. Property was clean and as seen in the pictures. Manager was very responsive and helpful during the booking process and vacation. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

I would highly recommend this property. It’s located in a perfect spot to access Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, as well as local beaches. I have nothing negative to say. Only positives. Highly recommended for families.

We had a great stay at Sandy's villa. Ahead of booking I contacted her she she answered right away with as many details as she could. Our flight was severely delayed and we got to the villa at around midnight. We found it right away with the instructions that were sent to me.The villa has a great open space in front of it and it's nice to sit on the porch (if it's not a 100 degrees outside). The area is quiet and all the stores and shopping areas are close by.I would highly recommend this villa. Sincerely,Rachael

We came to the property on June 6th. Check in was super easy. Checkout was ez as well. We even were please with the option to do a late check out. Both, the owner and the management were VERY nice about it.Villas are smaller than we were imagining but were very clean and nice. Communication with the owner was super ez and most time exceeded all expectation as far as a speed which she would reply with ( LOL )Management office folks are very nice as well and in those couple times when we had a question or two they were there to answer and help. VERY nice!!!Property is really good. Literally 2 min till the ocean and a min to the coastal view where you can relax and enjoy sunset hours. Having a couple gazebos and beach chairs was a huge win for us. With the breeze from the ocean and a shade in the gazebo we did not have to leave the beach even in the mids of the sun harsh hours. Ocean is awesome here - Very clean water with colors you see on picture in a magazine!!!Having pool is also was very nice as those couple days when the ocean had a lot of grass we were able to enjoy the pool.Couple suggestions though. First for the property management and/or city:Clean the beach more often. We understand that mother nature is unpredictable, but it's a turn off for most folks from Midwest when you finally get on vacation and the beach is not taken care of, We saw once the cleanup crew on dosers tried to clean it, but in fact what they've done is to dig a big hole and put the grass there. Beach was not much better after that kind of cleaning.Second is for the owner. May be put another TV into the second bedroom :-) With two adult couple we were to watch a different things and using leaving room was inconvenient in late hours.Overall, we had a BEST vacation and VERY happy with community, villas, owner and all around!!!Hope to comeback!

This is a very quiet and relaxing villa the private beach and pool were just across the street. The open court yard in front is great for tossing a ball around. The villa was stocked with everything you could think of. It is close to everything we wanted to do the drive up and down A1A is breath taking. Can't really find anything negative to say. If and when I get back to the east coast I will most definitely look this place up again!!! Sandy the host is absolutely amazing thanks for a great get away.

We were looking for a place which is close enough to everything including groceries and excursions and yet a quiet place away from the crowds. The villa was perfect. I took a long walk on the private beach every morning.

Everything was perfect!!! Our 10 day stay was really like being in paradise. Walk out the front door to the beach, walk out the back door to the inter coastal. The property was beautiful. The villa was absolutely lovely. Hope we have the opportunity to stay there again and again.
