no AC but nice house and location

House is in quiet area with access to lake, golf, community pool, and workout gym. House is modern and well maintained. Has all kitchen items for cooking. Good outdoor grill. Will stay there next summer.

Great stay.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful Redondo home, while our house was being remodeled. This home was cozy, quiet, and in a great location, couldn't have asked for a better temp home. The house is a short walk to the pier, multiple grocery stores and several places to grab a bite. We definitely recommend walking down the street to Kirari bakery...so good. In regards to amenities, this place had everything we needed and kept most of our items packed up. Be sure to grab some bath bombs for the master bath, it's AMAZING!

Our family of 5 stayed here while biking for the week at Galbraith Mountain. At one point my inlaws joined us for two nights during their road trip and we still had plenty of space. It's a lovely home with lots of pots, pans, spices etc to make it a comfortable stay. Loved all the deer and rabbits that would just wander into the yard. Highly recommend staying here for a family or large group.

We stayed at this property for an event, and it was perfect for our group of adults! Plenty of beds and space for each of us to get ready. The kitchen was huge and perfect to host a team dinner afterwards. A fun game room, great views from the upstairs and we even watched as a baby deer took its first steps in the backyard! It was a picturesque weekend in the PNW while staying at this wonderful home! We hope to be back and stay here again!

Fine place, good kitchen.

We stayed at this property for a wedding in Bellingham. The house and neighborhood are fantastic. We had nine people stay and had plenty of room. Great location for walks.

Beautiful lakeside house. So many amenities that we did not have time to use due to competing family activities but wonderful time amidst all the wedding and family activities! The residence accommodated all of us well including baby and the interiors and kitchen were wonderful. The host communication was excellent for any questions or concerns. We will rent here again if our travels take us back here again!

This is an exceptionally comfortable newer home that is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in a very peaceful development with very friendly neighbors. The kitchen has excellent appliances and is well equipped with everything needed to satisfy any cooking style. Check in and check out was a breeze. We spent many relaxing afternoons and evenings on the side deck enjoying the pleasant breeze and while taking in the view of the lake. And Cindy, the property manager was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. This was a true home away from home for us. We will definitely use this property again on our next visit to Bellingham.

The house was very roomy and perfect for a large family gathering. Everything was modern and the home slept all of us easily. The kitchen, dining, family room is very open and was great for our family of 13 for sitting, eating, enjoying.

Great, easy check in. Lovely view. Every possible cooking tool available in the kitchen. Very comfortable seating areas in the kitchen and living room upstairs, along with the outdoor dining area. Clean floors, rugs, and bathrooms. A really lovely home. Downstairs den is spacious, with huge TV, but very little comfy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie After a bad experience elsewhere, we've learned to check the beds before bedtime, to ensure they were changed before our arrival. Alas, we discovered one bed had hair on the sheets and an apparent stain, so we washed thise sheets, redressed the bed. The stain was still there, but at least the hair balled up in the dryer. Overall, a terrific stay--restful, beautifully cared for home.

Very nice place in quiet neighborhood. Loved the fireplace on the chilly days. It was great for all of us to stay together as we helped each other get thru a funeral.

While we found the home to be stylish and beautiful, the lack of certain amenities and the inadequate property management made for a less than desirable experience.

We would stay here again without hesitation. The house is clean and well-equipped. I’ve never stayed at a house with a spare BBQ tank ready to use. It’s a simple thing, but I was happily surprised when I saw it under the grill.

Awesome home for our family of 9 getaway! Beautiful kitchen, lots of space! The only thing I would add is a tv above fire place.

Had a tiny hiccup reaching prop manager when we got there- needed keys. Wish they would just do a lockbox as then it wouldn’t be an issue. Super clean. Tons of kitchen supplies. Wonderful home. Would absolutely stay here again.

This newer Sudden Valley property has a very large kitchen with a great gas stove, two ovens, and a huge island perfect for prep. We had fun cooking dinner every night and when weather permitted, ate on the patio with a view of Lake Whatcom. Be sure to check out the Bellingham Saturday Farmers Market and Lummi Seafood Market. Also great for lovers of urban fauna - deer, rabbits, raccoons, hummingbirds and stellar jays.

Great location, very clean and well stocked! Lots of space for family and friends and overall a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay here it was comfortable and accommodating!

Very large home, 3 beds upstairs, great view of lake. Enjoyed visiting family who happened to live a few doors down.

My friends and I had a great time relaxing at this house! Even in the extreme heat we were able to cool off at the lake down the street and in the basement of the house. It was perfect for all our needs. Check in was a little confusing as we didn't know how we would check in but the host's sister was there when we arrived to let us in. I would definitely recommend this place!

The entire process of renting was easy. The home is lovely with it’s view of Lake Whatcom. It was everything that was promised. Clean and new. We would definitely stay here again. 2 family’s fit easily and the lower level rec room was a nice addition.

Spotless modern home in a quiet neighborhood bordering the lake. It was perfect except for some ants in the master bathroom. Keep food stored away and it shouldn’t be an issue. There were deer and other wildlife just wandering the neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. Would certainly book again

The property was beautiful, very new, very comfortable, the property manager was great and even met us very late at night.The owners communicated well regarding our reservation.I would definitely consider staying here again if I was in the area

The check in is not no contact which I know I prefer during this time but the house was beautiful & has a nice view. We were told of damage to the stairs when checking in but got charged for the same damage we were told about during check in. As well as some mysterious damage to the floor that I nor my family ever seen while there. So how it happen idk. I did report right away about a chair that’s leg was extremely loose it came off when pulling the chair out which we also got blamed & charged for even though it was clearly broken for a long time. I also reported right away to a drinking glass from the kitchen that got knocked over when doing dishes. Even though I reported the damages I was completely aware of right away, we still got blamed for damages that we have noooooo idea how they even got there. I even explained that I have pictures & videos from our check out time with a time stamp showing the floor of the master where they are claiming damage happened but you don’t see it in my pics or videos. So for them to find it and tell me about it days after checking out is sketchy enough.
