The staff was always super friendly and it didn’t matter that I went to the hotel at 3 am they let me do the chek in at that hour without charge
The bathroom and the pool upstairs was not clean at all, also booking says one price but at the end you have tu be prepare because they’ll add tax and another hidden charge

The food is amazing and staff was all lovely people and made us feel very welcome
Everyone outside trying to sell me something just wanted to be left alone but it cant be helped because that happens wherever you go in the world

Había un precio en Booking.com el cual no respetaron, dice estar junto al mar o a la orilla del mar lo cual es falso también promete una habitación con balcón lo cual también es falso, por el mismo costo se encontraba una habitación en algún hotel en el malecón

I really liked the location....My room was comfortable and staff was friendly. I will be staying at this hotel on my next visit.
The water ìn the shower went from very cold to very hot which made showering a difficult/dangerous task..... Maybe that's why the hotel is named Frio Hot!!!

The staff was friendly specially Angelica. Ask for the her she is really good.
The hotel it's OK for the price the only thing I didn't like about. Was that I did read some reviews about the pay method and I thought maybe they probably fixed that problem. But, when I arrived at the property. It was exactly as some of the reviews saids about paying cash as the property. You have to pay cash the room you booked and anything you buy at the restaurant. That's the only things I didn't like about it.
