Staffs are very nice and prompt with requests. The bed was comfortable. Pet-friendly, they allowed my cat in with just a small additional cost.

First room was bad. There were cobwebs and dust on the walls and ceiling. The aircon was very dirty. Toilet is very small and tiles are falling apart. The water heater was working ONLy on the first night. We were transferred to another room which was cleaner than the first room. But water pressure was low, there is a heater but was not working. We were told that there is a water pump, but they had to intermittently off it. But we had to use pail and dipper all throughout our stay. There were no fresh towel top up. When we requested for fresh towels, they said there weren’t any stock. We requested for 2, but they gave only one as new ones haven’t arrived. We wanted to transfer but since they were pet-friendly, we opted to stay.
