Rien de particulier mais juste un commentaire sur le coin bureau qui est mal conçu. Pas de prise pour brancher l’ordi et pas de lumière. RAS pour le reste !

The room was amazing and small details made our stay comfortable. The city is very beautiful and we ate great Pizza and Gelato. We will choose it surely again!

This is unique accommodation, set in part of an old castle which dominates the town. It had a large rather corporate feel, but that said everything was very comfortable. It had excellent tea and coffee making facilities. We enjoyed our breakfast immensely; we were the only ones in the breakfast room at the time and the young woman who served us could not have been nicer and more helpful.

The reception could have been better. There is no one to greet you and you pick up your room key from the lobby. Parking could have been explained better including a map of where to go. There are no outside places to sit an relax which are part of the hotel, though there are plenty of facilities around.

The rooms, although very minimalist, were very clean. The breakfast was typically Italian, with a fair choice of variety.

The room was very, if not too spacious relative to the furnishings. Essentially, the bedroom had a large bed, a small desk and work chair, and a running machine (??) that made it feel like a storage room. In the Booking.com pictures it appeared that there was chair for reading and or relaxing. There wasn't. There was a "Relaxation Room" available for the use of the guests, but it was more a play room. If you're a family travelling with small children, it may be a good option, but for a romantic stop - forget it.

The self check-in was great, the room was very clean and the size of the room was big.

We looked for a place to stay near Parma, and the hotel located 10 km from there, and we thought it was close. However, the driving to Parma took us half an hour and we were very upset. So, we do not recomend if you look for a place near Parma.

Lovely location in a cute town. Room was big and comfortable, although there were some random things in the room we didn't expect - such as a rowing machine and a microwave balanced on a stool. Breakfast was lovely and served by a very friendly member of the team.

Our room was huge, the matrimonial bed was very wide. I liked it that the room had a small hall (in which we had a bicycle 😊) and the bathroom was sufficiently far from the sleeping bedroom. I liked it that we had a coffee machine and coffee capsules in the room, that we had toiletries, clean set of towels, bidet, and i appreciated that there was a stool in the toilet (very few accomodation places worldwide see the necessity of a stool/small cabinet in the bathroom). There is a fancy fridge in the room and there was also am electric socket extender, which i appreciated because we could charge more phones at the same time. The location is gorgeous, right in the middle of the village, and within a historical site. The breakfast was good enough, a variety of cheeses, after all we are in the Parma region 😊. I liked that we had a free parking and that we could check in at any hour. The staff in the breakfast room were very kind. The hotel had a mark of less than 9 when i booked,so i had lower expectations, but for me it was a very good experience and i cannot find much faults to it.

I appreciated that the breakfast included also salty foodss (ham, cheese, eggs), not just croissants, and the only thing that i would add would be some fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers).

Very spacious and comfortable room and large bathroom, stylishly done. Great location next to the castle. Extremely quiet. Nice staff. We had great food at a nearby restaurant called La Sevra. Very nice cafe and wine bar 150 meters away, across the handsome square. This was a very likeable place and a good hotel with two small problems that are probably not always applicable, i.e. they are related to summer heat and other guests at the hotel, not the hotel itself.

It was a hot late-summer day, the air conditioner had not been turned on so our room was very hot (about 27-28 C). It was difficult to get air into the room because of the mosquito netting on the window (thank goodness for the netting--the area has a lot of water and mosquitoes). The air conditioner was impossible for us to figure out so we did not have any cooling in the room. It was a Sunday night. We did not want to disturb the hotel's owners or managers who were at home, not at the hotel... We do not like air conditioning anyway and eventually the nighttime cool arrived. The other problem was the breakfast room: it is small and was very crowded by other guests including two families with many screaming children. They stayed in the room for nearly 1 1/2 hours so we gave up and went to the cafe across the square. That was an excellent experience: I had the best ham (spalla cotta) I have ever had, and we enjoyed the view of the piazza. So, all's well that ends well. I do recommend this hotel highly. I just wish they would create an outdoor terrace area for breakfast, particularly important as COVID has not disappeared.

Spacious rooms. Very nice building. We only had a night stay there but it felt special. Great breakfast too!

breakfast was quite enough, there was a lot of parking space in front of the hotel. I liked the courtyard and the quietness of the place. big rooms and nice decorated, including the lobby. I thought I was at an art gallery.
