We had an amazing time staying at Residence Saletta Casale. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was exceptional, only a few minutes from the ferry terminal and minutes away from downtown by foot. The apartment was spotless, newly renovated and very comfortable. Would highly recommmens!

Perfect place to explore the town-just around the corner! We walked in every day to the Christmas market-delightful! The walk along the sea promenade to the lighthouse also nice & easy.

Nothing to be improved! We liked that our apartment had 2 toilets-very rare & appreciated. We cooked meals, well equipped kitchen!

We travelled with Corsica Ferries from Toulon to Bastia and back to Nice. As we could not secure car hire at Bastia Port / town for our dates we travelled to and from Ile Rousse by train - slow travel, but one of the world's great train journeys, not to be missed! The change to our travel plans meant we arrived much earlier than we had originally planned when we booked our accommodation. We were delighted to have confirmation that we could check in early. We were warmly welcomed by Sandra, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. During a stormy night we experienced a lot of wind noise in our apartment due to a door problem. On being advised of this Sandra immediately organised a transfer to another apartment, and a complimentary upgrade too! For the customer service alone we would highly recommend Residence Saletta Casale. Both apartments we experienced were very well equipped. We enjoyed the pools and the well-maintained grounds. The location is excellent - two minutes walk to the train station, one minute from the pedestrianised streets of the town and just a few minutes more to the beach. We did not miss having a car for our 5 nights in Ile Rousse. There is plenty to do in the town and lots of nearby walking options, including to the wonderful Bodri Plage. A short train hop to Calvi is also a must. Would certainly recommend and would hope to return.

Close by town center. Great person at reception to advise. Very nice small town. Heated swimming pool.

Location was perfect- easy walking distance to beach, town, water sports - everything. Well maintained and clean.

Had to take your garbage up the street to the main dump, not a pleasant walk on hot days! We were on the ground floor and had no view - but misleading from the photos....
