L'emplacement central, accès facile à la plage, au port, aux commerces... Appartement spacieux, terrasse très agréable, vue sur la mer. Disponibilité des hôtes.

Ventilation/VMC un peu bruyante.

Tout d'abord, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par les propriétaires qui ont été par la suite très disponibles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de la Grande Voile, en bord de mer, avec la possibilité d'utiliser des places de parking à proximité. Il y a un ascenseur pour accéder aux appartements. Notre appartement, La Goëlette, avait une terrasse absolument charmante et très bien équipée en meubles d'extérieur. La cuisine était tout à fait fonctionnelle et les salles de bains et sanitaires parfaits. La Grande Voile fait face au port de Banyuls donc profite d'une vue exceptionnelle avec un accès rapide, à pied, même pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, à tous les commerces, restaurants etc... nécessaires.

the location is perfect with views from every unit. we rented two units and had both a Mountain View and marina view- both were breathtaking. the units have air conditioning for the warmer nights. owners are very friendly and helpful and check in was very easy . will definitely be visiting again!

Property a little too far from centre of town. We were there on a Sunday and a Monday. It was quiet on the first day and lifeless on the second.
