Fabulous location in the top part of town. You cannot drive here though and there is a steep walk with steps to get there. However the staff will meet you and carry your luggage for you. Just ask your taxi driver or the information office to call. Breakfast is excellent with fresh bread, pastries, salads and omlette, complete with a fabulous view over the Marmaris waterfront. Probably not suitable for families or anyone with mobility issues. Restaurants everywhere. A truly great location with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

the pictures make it appear to look different. more upgraded and larger and with windows or a balcony. neither room we stayed in or our friends had a balcony, but there was a shared terrace for the hotel. last night stays after our sailing trip, the room smelled like smoke. someone smoked in it 100! that was distasteful. though that room was nicer. safe lock don’t work.

The location and balconies in the hotel were lovely. We were staying on a gullet for a week and this was a night stop hotel, and the location was perfect.

We had the smallest room I have ever seen for 2 people. The room should have been described as tiny and not just a regular double. The bed took up 75% of the room, with access to bed from one side. My husband had to sit outside while I packed as there was not enough room for the both of us to be in there and move!

The hotel located perfectly in old town.We had a room with balcony and sea view and the views are breathtaking. Nice and very clean boutique hotel.Staff also nice ,very good breakfast .

Very good location within these scenic small streets and walking distance from the marina, good restaurantes and bars. The cleaningness and facilities were also very good.

The room where we stayed was so small that we couldn't even open our luggage properly. However if you are travelling light, it is totally fine.

The location of the hotel in the old town is perfect with beautiful views out across the marina. The room was extremely comfortable and kept very clean. Breakfast included in the price is of the highest quality and the views from the restaurant terrace are just amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be back!

The staff and hotel was nice.

The hotel location isn't suitable for people with lots of luggage. The building is slightly tucked away and there are a fair few steps. Taxi will only drop u off at the pier. Staff did help us once we managed to find the hotel.

the location and the facilities

Really nice, boutique hotel right in the center of the historic town of Marmaris. Literally on the street to several excellent restaurants. Great room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast on a terrace overlooking the town. Highly recommend.

As several other reviews noted, there is no parking at the hotel. This is not unique to Mets. The entire old town area is car-free. There are numerous free car parks nearby and the hotel directed us to one. We had no problem leaving our car there for our stay. It was about a quarter-mile walk to the hotel. In our view, this isn't a problem and was well worth it to stay in a quaint hotel in a historic area where it is easy to walk around.
