Kahvaltı hafta arası 6.30-9 , hafta sonu 7-9.30 a kadar veriliyor..Bu saatler keyif için gelmiş olan müşteriler için çok kısıtlı ve çok erken . Kahvaltıd salonunda çalışanlar asık suratlı ve çok launali. Televizyon seyredip , aralarında sohbet ediyorlar veya ayakta durup etrafı gözlüyorlar. Kahvaltı daha bitmeden tükenen meyve, ekmek gibi malzemeler yenilenmiyor, sorunca “ bitti” deniyor. Kagıt tabaklarda ve plastik çatal bıçakla yenilen kahvaltı bitince herkes kendi tabagını kendisi kaldırıyor. Asansör hayatımda gördüğüm en yavaş hareket eden asansör. Aşağı inmek veya yukarı çıkmak için dakikalarca beklemeniz gerekebiliyor. Oda temizliğinde yenilenmesi gereken ıslak mendil, losuon gibi ürünler yenilenmiyor. Kısacası verilen paranın karşılığı alınamıyor

Quiet neighborhood and central to a few subway stations and experiences. The staff understood the assignment (my fear of elevators) and ensured I got a lower floor and had access to the stairs. On top of that, their breakfast is one of my favorites.

The shower tends to leak. Had trouble with this in another room on a different floor. Room service can also be a little on the slow side.

The staff was amazing everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The front desk attendants were all completely helpful.

It seems to me that the hotel service leaves much to be desired for the price you pay, in my case $300 a night. My worst experience was at breakfast: it was not possible to order simple fried eggs and there was no bacon either. Besides, you have to eat on paper plates and with plastic cutlery as if you were camping. Worst of all, when I finished breakfast, I got an important call and got up to talk and one of the two employees who were in theory giving service (in practice, watching TV) came running towards me shouting and interrupting my conversation to tell me that I HAD TO LEAVE THE TABLE PICKED UP!!!! I have traveled a lot, both in expensive and cheap hotels and I have NEVER had to pick up my own table and especially while the employees are watching TV with their arms crossed. The two breakfast staff have made my experience a bad one. The reception was correct at all times. I will not repeat I will not recommend this hotel ever

Clean comfy Beds and nice staff, free waters, nice coffee maker in room.
