Everything on site was great caravan was nice , very close to entertainment

No hot water but wasn’t fussed as I was only there 2 nights

wasn’t clean dirty utensils rusty cooking trays pans had half handles bathroom smelt damp cooker hobs didn’t work properly limited use fridge not clean freezer over frosted not enough stuff in caravan ie utensils needs some work to improve

breakfast was great entertainment distance from the caravan to the complex was ideal as I can't walk to far kids loved it

the caravan had no tea towers and it cost a fortune to buy from the onsite shop also toilet roll for 5 people wasn't enough had to buy more also had to paid for bedding and it said it was included

Lyon’s Robin Hoods holiday park is lovely

front door lock needs looking at if your outside and no one is in caravan you will end up been locked out. bedroom socket taped up as hanging off, hoover has parts missing, handle of brush is in 2 parts, wire for radiator heater has been taped up but still hanging down, dining room chair broke, net curtains ripped, window catches are missing on some windows, kitchen tap keeps dripping, shower rail broke so was un usable,sofa,carpet and rugs filthy.

The property had good location - it was very peaceful. Living room space was big.

when we arrived- we noticed that all curtains had holes, it was very let down and from the outside looked pretty dirty. inside it was pretty clean however in one of the rooms there was some spiderwebs. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable- the mattress was very old and not comfortable. The shower stand was broke - so we had to always hold it. The doors to the shower wouldn’t properly close. The kettle took very long to boil. There was screw coming out of the bed in the main room and my husband scratched his leg and got hole in the shorts. And even my 10-year-old said that he didn’t sleep very well as the springs from the mattress in the small room was bothering him. My sister had caravan in the same park with around 2 min walk from ours and she paid £20 less for the stay but the state and the facilities were much better. I also must add that she had caravan for 8 people.

Staff were pleasent, location was good, facilities were good on the site.

Caravan not very clean, wires hanging around in living room (moved out of way because of baby) no hot water, used kettle water to wash up. Shower not working.
