Lovely clean room, close to the main tourist facilities. Charming host Nina, gave me all the useful information I needed. Would recommend Annis House to anyone wanting a reasonably priced conveniently placed room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and great location.

The room was quite small. There can be noise coming from the stairs or nearby rooms during quiet hours.

Annis house is perfectly locatetd and well menaged property. Bus station number 4 is up the street and bus takes you to all beautiful beaches that are accessible by foot. Down the street is main city area that ends with the Port. Property is spotlessly clean, WI FI is functioning great in the room, there is Air conditioning, but you don’t need it if you leave bathroom door and balcony door open, nice breeze flows trough room. Beds are wide and confortable. There is fridge in the room and it is so quiet, you don't know it is there. Area is quiet during night and day. There are basic shower gel and shampoo, instant coffee, tee and Kettle. As anywhere in Greece, you do need some kind of mosquito protection durig night.

We had a great time here! The room was furnished in a charming way and was really clean. We also had a balcony that was nice to sit on and the location is perfect - not directly on the busy street of the town but also close to everything. There is a lot of free parking space around aswell. Both the host and other staff were extremely friendly.

Fabulous location, just up from the main pedestrianised street running through Skiathos Town, and just down from the steps to the beach!

Location, location, location. Couldn’t be better. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was very quiet.Nina, the host, was so kind and helpful to us.

The standard double was a bit small. We will stay here again but will book a bigger room next time.

I didn't like that Booking.com didn't let the hotel know that my choice was 2 single beds.That is pretty basic stuff that Booking.com should be able to manage.The Hotel stuff was perfect

It was a lovely place, very comfortable. The host is very hospitable and the location was excelent. There was also a fridge and a kettle.

Perfect location. Approx 400 metres from Megali Amnos beach in one direction and town centre in other direction. Close to supermarket and bakery. Spotlessly clean. Little gem .

The location was good and right ahead from the main street. The biggest plus was a very clean and fresh room. The staff was helpful and kind. We would dearly recommend Annis to our friends and family. Thank you Annis for the stay.
