We had a bit of an issue with the check in, because we would have wanted an earlier check-in, and I contacted the property for this matter. We were very pleased to find out that not only they accommodated our request, but they acted very fast upon it, and much earlier than we would have hoped for ! Also, they have parking, which is a huge benefit in that area of Bucuresti.

Everything was excellent. We get a bigger room and it was really comfy and clean. Highly recommend.

As usual everything was perfect. I’ve been at this hotel a few times in the past and never disappoints. Good location, clean facilities, good breakfast, very well kept and maintained hotel building.

perfect calm and peaceful stay at the heart of the city. The room was huge and very well furnished. The staff were the nicest people ever and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I needed a print of my ticket and Mr Nanu was a star to get it done and bring it to me.

A very quick response to all comments and remarks. Payment is also very smooth and does not have to be immediately upon arrival. Staff is really friendly! Check-out time is also quite reasonable.

The room was very clean on arrival. It is a mystery to me why there is no cleaning at all during my 5 night stay: no bed making, no breakfast leftovers to be collected (only after three days after I had reported it), breakfast for Monday was already served on Sunday. The staff really do their best and are immediately accessible. Perhaps there is simply not enough staff?

Easy checkin, clean rooms, very good area

The concept of this hotel is something different. There is no reception, but otherwise it is like other hotels. It is quite centrally located, near the Piata Victoriei. You can get to the city center very quickly by metro. When I arrived, I have paid for the room and was given the key by the cleaning staff. When I checked out, I was asked to just leave the key in the room and leave the door open. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning. The room had a kitchenette, with a kettle. Tea, coffee and mineral water were provided. The breakfast was sufficient in my opinion. It consisted of four slices of bread/toast, butter, jam, 2 slices each of cheese and ham cold cuts, a breakfast egg, some fruit and vegetables (cucumber/tomato) and yogurt. On one day there was some salmon. The coffee / tea you had to cook by yourself. The rooms were clean, the towels were changed daily. All in all, the hotel offered good value for money. Here everyone will be happy who simply needs a clean room without many frills.

This place has it all, including breakfast in your room. Very kind staff, excellent studios with everything you need. Recommended for business travel. A lot of nice restaurants and bars in the area.

Street parking is easy, but you have to pay through some phone app. It is not as cheap as you would (eventually) think. However, week-end parking is free.
