Location is great, very close to the Coliseum with many restaurants close by. The apartment is well appointed and has interesting interior design. Also very secure.

The location was perfect! It’s near the Coliseum but in a neighborhoods so it’s close to the sites but very quiet. The unit had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the furnishings were chic, and the unit was immaculate.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. We used the washer twice. It takes longer to wash clothes than the washers in the US. There is not a dryer but we were not disappointed because we were able to use the drying rack and it was great to have air dried clothes!

Everything was just perfect, the flat was spotless, well equipped with everything that you need, close to Colosseum lot's of restaurant, the bed is big and comfy also the couch so you feel like home! Darya the host very nice so a perfect stay in center of Roma!

The apartment is exactly the same as the one shown in the photos. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Our host Darya was super nice and considerate, she’s been checking to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We used kitchen to make simple breakfast and the washing machine was very useful especially after we had a whole day walk in very hot Rome. The sofa can serve as an extra bed. Air conditioning is strong but quiet. Shower water works well, not small like some comments mentioned. Colosseum was a few minutes away and there’re quite a few nice restaurants in the neighborhood. There’s an East Express nearby. We felt lucky that we found this apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

The flat was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and very quiet despite being situated 500 metres from the Colliseum. Darya met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She could not have been more attentive

We were not too keen on the snake picture in the living room.

Darya was very helpful throughout and it was super clear about how we would meet to check-in. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum and very central. We like walking and it was easy to walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and even the Vatican. The apartment is really pretty, stylish, lovely and clean, it had everything we needed. There was also a nice park nearby which we spent time in if you want to get a little quiet away from the tourist crowds. Restaurants nearby were really great. It was cheap and short journey to get a taxi from the other end of the city at night if it is late and you don't want to walk. There was a good left luggage company and a taxi rank in less than 10 minute walk so easy to check out at 10 and be able to do more stuff before going to the airport.

The apartment is very cute, it has great facilities & is in a perfect location to visit all the main monuments in Rome. The tv in the bedroom has internet access so you can watch Netflix, Disney etc. The balcony can be accessed through the bedroom & living room, which is a very nice touch.

Location was excellent. We flew in from Fiucimino about a 30 min drive but even throughout the trip our Uber drivers had no issue locating the flat. Darya our host was awesome from beginning even prior to our arrival to end. Checking in with us frequently. The apartment size was great for the two of us. I think even if you had a 3rd person they would also be comfortable should you travel with a group. Kitchen was fully equipped from cookware to wine openers to champagne flutes. Bathroom was an awesome size considering how tall we are. We loved the addition of heated floors especially since it was rather cold all week long during our stay. Huge sofa for lounging after a long day of walking and the bed was very comfortable. The double balcony from bedroom to living room was great. The Coliseum is just close enough to walk but not too close where you are emerged in tourists. We loved how quiet both our building and neighborhood were considering we were near such a big tourist attraction.

A lovely, spacious, clean, modern-style apartment with a large comfortable bed, a fairly well equipped kitchen, a heated-floor bathroom with a good shower and a deep but rather short bath, and a large living room with a big corner-sofa. (Some people might baulk at the picture on the wall.) There is a lift to take you to the third floor. The building is in a really convenient location in a very quiet side-street just a few minutes walk from the Collosseum and Colosseo Metro station. Plenty of very good and reasonably priced family-run restaurants and shops at the bottom of the road. Host Darya was extremely welcoming and helpful, and overall, it was a fabulous place to stay for three days.

No old-fashioned phone signal inside the apartment or indeed in the street outside; fortunately, the wi-fi works well.

Everything was so perfect, highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome! Super close to coliseum.
