The room size was big and the interiors were antique.
The staff was extremely rude and did not even provide water despite asking multiple times. My family had a fight since they blatantly refused to even give us water. they kept making excuses of having too many guests, which is no excuse to turn down service to my old parents. The staff asked them to fill the water themselves. they didn't feel it necessary to serve a couple of 60 yr olds at late night. Very dissatisfied.

The bed size was decent for two people however the mattress was too soft not comfortable at all .

Nothing. No hospitality. Extremely rude staff. The worst property to be on Booking.com. Such places mar the reputation of the brand Booking.com. No amenities to speak about. Leave apart amenities, they don't offer a water bottle. One small promotional soap. Not even one dental kit. No breakfast. The charges from any perspective are obnoxiously high. Everything is charged for, and the person who would bring the thing you are forced to buy, will stand on your head for money, which could be chargeable even Rs. 20 - 30. No person is allowed in the property. Even my courier guy was allowed after I bombarded them.
Worst property to stay in. They have obnoxious rules. Seemed like it was a school hostel. Laden with "don'ts and "not allowed" everywhere. No management. The front desk guy by the name of Ibrahim, is available from 9 to 9 only. No escalation. No ownership or answerability from anyone. Terrible experience. The management runs a prostitution racket, and charge by the hour, because of which they maintain a strict no-visitor policy, perhaps to keep the cops away.

Amazing decor and very tastefully done. Really a boutique look and each floor is done with a different theme.
Without any warnings while booking, the staff said " No visitors allowed". Understand visitors cant stay but cant understand why visitors cannot even enter the premise. If you are planning to meet friends, rellatives, customers or vendors for business meetings, this place is a clear NO NO . For family stay, a definite YES. Though we paid for 3 people occupancy while checcking out a security guy was trying to charge extra money saying the booking was only for 2 people. Fortunately we had the booking screenshot . That left a bad taste while checking out.

Location. It is close to MG Road and central areas of Bangalore.
The hotel isn't well maintained. The facilities are way below expectation. Does not have trained staff and cleanliness can't be guaranteed. The cafe timings are not convenient. It is below 2 star property.

rude staff ! pathetic people . I had to check out a day earlier as I had an early morning flight and I gave my trolley to the receptionist ,thinking that I’ll go for dinner and instead of going back to the hotel room I’ll simply pick my bag and leave to the airport . receptionist left at 10 pm staff had no clue where my bag was . he was extremely rude as well . and it took me an hour to find my bag myself . the staff kept telling me that I wouldn’t taken the bag with me and I would’ve left somewhere else . so when I told him to check the cctv he told me ..subah 10 se Pehle cctv ni chalega ..manager bhi ghar Gaya or no. bhi switch off hai and koi substitute bhi ni tha . I MISSED MY FLIGHT
